BE STRONG IN GRACE

2Tim.2.1 - Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

To be a fruitful Christian, you must be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. It will cause you to revel often in His amazing grace that saved you.

Timothy's experiences went far beyond mere teenage loneliness, encompassing persecution, internal church conflicts, and the weighty responsibility of equipping believers. One can only speculate about the nature of his temptations when feeling defeated, weary, and isolated. Regardless, Paul's encouragement to Timothy emphasized the importance of remaining steadfast in the grace of Jesus Christ.

Develop intimacy with God

There is no greater calling , there is no Higher pursuit , there is no deeper satisfaction than to belong wholly and completely to Jesus. Yet how many try to give Him only part , a portion of their heart , a fraction of their time, a divided devotion torn between the world and the Kingdom, but hear the word of Jesus in Luke.9.23 - And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

Brethren, the Lord Jesus calls for all of you. The Holy Spirit wants to have the whole of you. He doesn't want a part time worshippers who just show up on Sundays or one who just show up for prayers when you have a need or one who shows up when it is convenient. No, He wants your life, your thoughts, your desires, your ambitions all surrendered to Him at His feet. How can we walk in power if we walk in compromise. How can we experience the fullness of the Spirit if our hearts are divided. How can we be used for His glory if we still cling to our own ways. . We long for more of the Holy Spirit power but we are unwilling to give all. We must chose to be totally surrendered completely to Him. For when self is laid down the anointing flows freely through us. When personal ambitions dies divine purpose arises . When every part is yielded heaven's power is unleashed.

Faith worships even when the battle rages. Worship brings deliverance. 2 Chronicles 20: 21-23. Faith lifts it hands before the miracle comes. Worship shifts the atmosphere. The Holy flows where there is praise for God inhabit the praise of his people. Psalm 22:3.

The throne of Jesus Christ is the seat of divine grace. Hebrews 4:16 - Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. The realm of God's grace is in Jesus Christ, where we are born again into the Kingdom of God, into the realm of Grace, approaching the throne of grace for all that God through Jesus Christ has provided through redemption. Amen.
