Sharing dominion in marriage means a husband and wife work as equal partners to care for their home and the world together.

To enjoy dominion in the home or house the husband and wife must be united and walk in agreement. Eph.4.3 - Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Marriage works best when partners act as teammates instead of opponents. Dominion couples share same spiritual value and life.

Build your life with excellence until excellence becomes your identity.

Dan.5.11 - 12 There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers; Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.

Provoke the spirit of excellence by chosing purity. Purpose in your heart like Daniel not to defile your self.

Dan.1.8 - But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

Many individuals spend their lives shaping and polishing their gifts , talents and skills but they neglect to develop their Character. This is the more reason we see a great number of successful artists, athletes, business persons, minister in ministry, politicians, soccer stars, actors. ..etc fall . Success without Character is vanity.

Character matters in all endeavors of life. Daniel excelled not just in his calling but in Character too. Daniel was found to be blameless.

Dan.6.3 - 4 Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm. Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.

Character earned Daniel a good report among his colleagues and all the people in the kingdom including the King and the queen.

Character is the way you relate with people. It is how you treat people. Treat people with dignity. Treat people with an excellent spirit. Be humble, be Kind, be honest, be faithful, be compassionate, ...have an excellent behavior . Bishop Benson Great Banda

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! Psalm 133:1 NIV

Christians are called to unity and to be agents of unity—though not uniformity. Unity does not require us to all sound or act the same; instead, it encourages us to strive for harmony amid diversity. Growing your leadership capacity demands personal effectiveness. Being effective means delivering the right results, achieving stated goals, and creating true value. Being effective is the ability to do the right thing at all times, no matter the cost. It is about producing the intended result, successfully achieving a goal, and doing the right things to reach an objective.
