SPEAKER REVEAL ‼️
One of our speakers for the Boys Conference is Mr. Pearson Mwale.

Mr. Mwale holds a Certificate and Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Degree in Public Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Teaching Methodology, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration - General.

He has served in various leadership capacities, including: Chairperson for Junior Fellowship, Secretary for the then Junior Liaison Committee, Treasurer for YREC, Arts Coordinator for the Youths, Secretary and later Chairperson for the Youth Fellowship. He currently serves as a Lieutenant in the Boys' Brigade. He is also the former Chairperson of the Mayankho Christian Youth Fellowship and the current Chairperson of the Media Team at RCZ Kaunda Square Congregation.

Mr. Mwale will take the boys through a Career Talk, where he will share insights on career choices and how to navigate career-related challenges.

He is a Peer Educator.

Mr. Hara will take the boys through a session on Physical Growth and Development, where he will discuss matters pertaining to the body, navigating puberty, and making healthy choices during this stage of life.
