*CONSTITUTION OF ALTAR OF PRAYER INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES*

*PREAMBLE*
We, the members of Altar of Prayer International Ministries, believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and Head of the Church, and acknowledging that _“the Lord Himself is our banner”_ – Exodus 17:15, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the orderly governance, spiritual growth, and global impact of this ministry, founded by Prophet Bilu under divine mandate.

*ARTICLE 1: NAME*
The name of this ministry shall be *Altar of Prayer International Ministries*, hereafter referred to as “APIM”.
_“Let everything be done for the glory of God.”_ – 1 Corinthians 10:31
*ARTICLE 2: FOUNDATION*
APIM is founded on Jesus Christ, the Chief Cornerstone, and the Word of God. Prophet Bilu is the Founder and President, called by God to lead.
_“Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the chief cornerstone.”_ – Ephesians 2:20
*ARTICLE 3: VISION*
To raise an altar of prayer across nations, restoring the broken, empowering believers through prophetic truth, and manifesting the power of God to transform generations.
_“Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”_ – Matthew 6:10
*ARTICLE 4: MISSION*
To preach the gospel, establish a culture of prayer, deliver the oppressed, disciple believers, and transform communities through the love of Christ.
_“Go and make disciples of all nations…”_ – Matthew 28:19-20
*ARTICLE 5: STATEMENT OF FAITH*
We believe in the Triune God, the inerrancy of Scripture, salvation by grace through faith, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, divine healing, and the second coming of Christ.

*ARTICLE 6: AUTHORITY OF SCRIPTURE*
The Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith, conduct, and governance.
_“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”_ – Psalm 119:105
*ARTICLE 7: MEMBERSHIP*
Membership is open to all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and submit to the doctrines of APIM. Members must be committed to prayer, holiness, and service.
_“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”_ – Acts 2:42
*ARTICLE 8: DUTIES OF MEMBERS*
Members shall attend services, support the vision, live holy lives, and participate in prayer and outreach.
_“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”_ – Hebrews 10:24
*ARTICLE 9: LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE*
APIM shall be led by the Founder/President, supported by a Council of Elders, Pastors, and Ministry Heads, all accountable to Christ.
_“Obey your leaders and submit to their authority.”_ – Hebrews 13:17
*ARTICLE 10: ROLE OF THE PRESIDENT & FOUNDER*
Prophet Bilu shall provide spiritual oversight, prophetic direction, teach, appoint leaders, and represent APIM globally. His role is for life unless voluntarily relinquished or due to moral failure.

*ARTICLE 11: QUALIFICATIONS OF LEADERS*
Leaders must be born again, filled with the Holy Spirit, of good reputation, and demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit.
_“Now the overseer is to be above reproach…”_ – 1 Timothy 3:2
*ARTICLE 12: APPOINTMENT OF LEADERS*
Leaders shall be appointed by the President through prayer, fasting, and confirmation by the Council of Elders.
_“Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”_ – Acts 13:2
*ARTICLE 13: DISCIPLINE*
Any member or leader in sin shall be corrected in love, with restoration as the goal. Unrepentant sin leads to removal.
_“Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently.”_ – Galatians 6:1
*ARTICLE 14: DOCTRINE AND TEACHING*
All teaching must align with Scripture and the Statement of Faith. No doctrine contrary to the Word shall be tolerated.
_“Hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught.”_ – Titus 1:9
*ARTICLE 15: WORSHIP AND SERVICES*
APIM shall hold regular services of prayer, worship, teaching, and deliverance, led by the Spirit and grounded in truth.
_“True worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth.”_ – John 4:23
*ARTICLE 16: PRAYER AND INTERCESSION*
Prayer is central to APIM. We commit to continual intercession for nations, leaders, and the body of Christ.
_“Pray continually.”_ – 1 Thessalonians 5:17
*ARTICLE 17: EVANGELISM AND MISSIONS*
APIM shall preach the gospel locally and globally through crusades, media, and missions.
_“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”_ – Mark 16:15
*ARTICLE 18: THE BILU FOUNDATION*
The Bilu Foundation is the humanitarian arm of APIM, serving widows, orphans, and the poor as an expression of Christ’s love.
_“Religion that God our Father accepts… is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.”_ – James 1:27
*ARTICLE 19: FINANCES AND STEWARDSHIP*
APIM shall be funded by tithes, offerings, and donations, managed with integrity and accountability. All funds shall be used for God’s work.
_“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”_ – 2 Corinthians 9:7
*ARTICLE 20: PROPERTY AND ASSETS*
All property and assets of APIM belong to the ministry and shall be used solely for ministry purposes.
_“The silver is mine and the gold is mine, declares the Lord Almighty.”_ – Haggai 2:8
*ARTICLE 21: MEETINGS*
APIM shall hold weekly services: Sunday Celebration, Tuesday Deliverance, Friday Night Vigil, and other meetings as directed by the Spirit.
_“Let us not give up meeting together…”_ – Hebrews 10:25
*ARTICLE 22: HOLY COMMUNION AND BAPTISM*
APIM shall observe the Lord’s Supper and water baptism by immersion as commanded by Christ.
_“Do this in remembrance of me.”_ – Luke 22:19 | _“Go and make disciples… baptizing them…”_ – Matthew 28:19
*ARTICLE 23: GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT*
APIM welcomes and operates in the gifts of the Holy Spirit for edification, exhortation, and comfort.
_“Eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.”_ – 1 Corinthians 14:1
*ARTICLE 24: MARRIAGE AND FAMILY*
Marriage is between one man and one woman. APIM shall uphold biblical family values and provide counseling.
_“Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”_ – Mark 10:9
*ARTICLE 25: CONFLICT RESOLUTION*
Disputes shall be resolved biblically through prayer, mediation, and if necessary, by the Council of Elders.
_“If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault… If they will not listen… tell it to the church.”_ – Matthew 18:15-17
*ARTICLE 26: AMENDMENTS*
Amendments to this Constitution may be made by the President in consultation with the Council of Elders, provided they do not contradict Scripture.

*ARTICLE 27: DISSOLUTION*
Should APIM ever dissolve, all assets shall be transferred to another Christ-centered ministry with similar vision.
_“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”_ – 1 Corinthians 10:31
*ARTICLE 28: RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER MINISTRIES*
APIM shall cooperate with other ministries that uphold biblical truth, for the advancement of God’s kingdom.
_“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”_ – Psalm 133:1
*ARTICLE 29: CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY*
Leaders and members shall maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all ministry matters.
_“A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret.”_ – Proverbs 11:13
*ARTICLE 30: ENACTMENT*
This Constitution shall take effect immediately upon adoption and shall guide all operations of Altar of Prayer International Ministries.
