While still celebrating the Mulungushi University Night of Destiny where over 600 souls got saved on Friday, I am glad to announce our next destination for our crusades. It is THE GREAT COPPERBELT CRUSADE.

Friday 29th May 2026 at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe and IT WILL BE AN OVERNIGHT meeting. Free buses to pick people from all districts of the Copperbelt to the venue and back will be provided.

The story of how Deacon Mike Phiri and Sister Maiwase Musonda* came together is rooted in their shared dedication to their faith. Though Mike first noticed Maiwase within the church congregation, his focus at the time was elsewhere; he had recently been appointed as the coordinator for campus ministry and wasn't looking to start a relationship.

However, as their paths crossed through their respective roles in the church, a connection began to form. Mike was serving in Logistics, while Maiwase had been appointed to handle Venue Management. Working in close proximity, Mike found himself increasingly drawn to her—not just by her presence, but by her genuine heart for service.

What began as a collaboration in ministry blossomed into something bigger. As they got to know one another, Mike felt a clear conviction about their future. Following the guidance of his spiritual leadership, he made his intentions known, he officially approached her, beginning the journey that has led them to their wedding day TODAY April 25th. Join us as we witness another beautiful love story unfold.

We had a glorious time yesterday during our Sunday service! Pastor Jonsen shared an inspiring message, reminding us that:

🔹When we abide in Christ, our requests align with God's will (John 15:7).
🔹God's plans for us are good, filled with hope and a bright future (Jeremiah 29:11).
🔹We can approach God with confidence, knowing His grace is sufficient for our needs.
🔹God desires for us to live a life of dignity and prosperity, not suffering.
