🚨WHEN SHEPHERDS STAY SILENT, WOLVES WIN.
Paul wasn’t afraid to confront false teaching.
He warned about wolves.
He corrected doctrine.
He even 🚨named false teachers 🚨
when they were leading people away from the Gospel.
Today, many would call him jealous.
Others would call him divisive, religious, or too controversial.
But Paul wasn’t protecting his reputation.
He was protecting the flock.
One of the greatest tragedies in the Church today is that exposing false doctrine is often treated as if it’s a personal attack on a person.
It isn’t. The issue has never been personalities.
The issue is truth.
Paul understood that when false doctrine goes unchallenged, the sheep—not the wolves—pay the price.
Church, hear me…
A shepherd’s calling is not to keep the wolves comfortable.
A shepherd’s calling is to protect the sheep.
Silence may protect your reputation.
Silence may preserve relationships.
Silence may help you avoid criticism.
But silence can also leave an entire flock vulnerable to deception.
Scripture says that those who teach will be judged more strictly (James 3:1).
That is a sobering reminder that leadership carries responsibility—not only for what we teach, but also for what we knowingly allow to spread without warning.
Love doesn’t stay silent while deception grows.
Love warns.Love protects,Love points people back to Jesus and His Word.
Truth doesn’t divide the Church.
False teaching does.
“Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock… I know that after my departure fierce wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.” — Acts 20:28–29
