THEME: THE AUTHORITY OF GOD'S WORD
Scripture and Notable Points:

"Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
- **Hebrews 4:12**
"For the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart."

The servant of God began by stating that what believers often lack is a realization of the power they possess. The pastor emphasized that God's power of healing and deliverance is encapsulated within His Word, which has been entrusted to the Church.

It is important to note that the Church is not merely a physical structure, but rather the hearts in which this Word has been made alive.

Scriptural Focus:
1 John 5:14 - "And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us."
John 4:34 - "Then Jesus explained, 'My nourishment comes from doing the will of God, who sent me.'"

Pastor Phiri encouraged the congregation to reflect on the statement from the scripture: "THE CONFIDENCE THAT WE HAVE IN HIM, IF WE ASK ACCORDING TO HIS WILL."

Throughout the message, pastor sir posed a thought-provoking question to the congregation: WHAT IS THE WILL OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE?

pastor sir emphasized three important points:

1. WE ARE ALL BORN WITH THE WILL OF GOD FOR OUR LIVES.
2. IDENTIFY GOD'S WILL FOR YOUR LIFE.
3. GOD SUPPORTS HIS WILL, NOT YOUR WILL.

This is but a glimpse of the abundant wisdom shared at the Lord's table. Please do not find reasons to miss church.
