"MY FIRST MISSION CAMP EXPERIENCE
This was my very first mission camp, and it was an experience I will never forget with zero internet access.
People had to find spots or even stand on a hill just to be on a call. This was my daily routine in the evening π€¦π

As mukuba campus ministry, we went to evangelize and share the good news with people in the butikili of ibenga. The main topics we taught were the second coming of Christ, the laws of God, the Sabbath, the state of the dead, and baptism. Beyond preaching, I also took time to observe how people lived in that area
What made it special for me was the people I got to know others in ministry and made new friends and networks. But the most touching part was seeing how caring for people felt after a long time. For 5 days we evangelized, and then we did charity work distributing things to households.
I could see hope come back to their faces. People were so grateful that someone they didnβt even know would show up for them and bring light into their lives. Watching their faces lit up because of the work we were doing was the highlight for me. It reminded me that small acts of love and sharing the gospel can bring so much hope.
It was really a great experience looking forward to more mission camps.β¨β¨β¨ππ―π―
