MISSION REFOCUS COMMUNION WITH GOD 🙏🔥

Communion is not a break from the mission. Instead it's the fuel for the mission.The crowd wants your hands. God wants your heart. Give Him your heart first.
When you commune with God, you don’t lose time. You gain direction.

Go and make disciples... and surely I am with you always.
Matthew 28:19-20
The mission and the presence come together.

Word of the day: TENACITY

The strength to keep holding on to something even when life gets difficult.

Bring it to life
Sometimes life won't give you a clear path. Plans fail, people disappoint you, and some days simply don't go your way.
Tenacity is choosing to keep your character, your faith and your hope intact anyway.

Today’s thought: You don't need to have everything figured out. Sometimes, you just need enough strength to take the next step.

Romans 12:12 “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.”

Meaning: Tenacity = Hope + Patience + Prayer when life is hard.

The harvest is coming.

SERMON SUMMARY

THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!

Bible Texts: Joshua 24:15 | John 8:1-11 | Deuteronomy 22:22

Every day God sets life and death, blessing and curse, grace and law before us.
The choice is yours who you will serve, how you will live, and whether you will receive mercy or remain in condemnation.

SCRIPTURE BREAKDOWN

Joshua 24:15
"Choose this day whom you will serve...But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Deuteronomy 22:22 CHOOSE HOLINESS
“If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die.”

This was the law. Sin has consequences. God’s standard doesn’t change.

John 8:1-11 CHOOSE MERCY & A NEW LIFE
The woman caught in adultery. The crowd brought stones and in
Deut 22:22
Jesus said: “Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.. Neither do I condemn you. Go and sin no more.”
Choose to walk away different John 8:11“Go and sin no more.”Repentance is turning and walking in a new direction.
Truth,Jesus doesn’t ignore sin, but He offers forgiveness and power to change.

APPLICATION
The Choice Is Yours Today

🫡Choose whom you ou will Serve

🫡Choose holiness Over Sin ,Deut 22:22_
Flee what destroys you. Confess it. Cut it off.

🫡Choose mercy Over Judgment
You should stop throwing stones. If Jesus forgave you, forgive others. Matthew 6:14

CALLING
Today Jesus stands between the law and you, just like with that woman.

God is calling you to:
🤍Surrender your life to Jesus today.
🤍 Come back to God. As for me and my house
🤍Drop the stone you’re holding against someone.

😊 Confess that hidden sin and let God break it.

Deuteronomy 30:19 “I have set before you life and death... therefore choose life.

EXAMPLE OF THE MAN WHO DIED WITHOUT MAKING A DECISION "FELIX"

There was a young man in the community called “Felix”
Everyone knew Felix. He was talented, funny, had a big future.

Everyday the word would come: “Give your life to God "
Felix would say “Pastor, next week. I’m still young. Let me enjoy life first.”
Friends invited him to Bible study “Later.”
His mother cried and prayed, “One day Mum.”

He kept postponing the decision.
One Friday night, Felix was in an accident. Just like that, he was gone (died).
He never made a decision for Christ.

Proverbs 27:1 “Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.

Don’t be like Felix. Today is the day of decision.

Don’t wait until it’s too late like Felix.
The door of mercy is open today.

CONCLUSION
You cannot serve two masters.
You cannot live in sin and expect peace.
You cannot stay under condemnation when Jesus offers mercy.
choose today. Because tomorrow is not promised, and God is calling you now🙏

May God help us to make a good decision before our last breath 🙏..

WORD OF THE DAY: DISCERNMENT

Meaning:
The ability to judge wisely and recognize what is right, useful, or true.

"Wisdom gives you knowledge, but discernment helps you know what to do with it.”

‭1 Kings 3:9 NIV‬
[9] So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

Today’s thought
Not every opportunity deserves a yes and not every voice deserves your attention.
Ask God for discernment to recognize what is worth pursuing. 🙏🏽


Solomon asked for discernment and God called it wise. God still gives it today.

PRAYER
Father, give me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation. Help me not to be tossed by every opportunity or opinion.
Train my heart to discern what is excellent, what is from You, and what to lay down.
Lead me today in truth.

You may not understand everything happening right now, but you don’t have to have all the answers. Trust God with the process, take today one step at a time, and keep moving forward. 🙏🏽😊
