On Sunday 23rd August, 2026 Apostle Maliwa Lubinda Maliwa concluded a two day Zonal Youth Outing with a Festival Divine Service at Kahare Primary School grounds.

Text read: 1 Samuel 3:10 (KJV) And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.

_Message: The call of God._

In beginning his sermon, the Apostle mentioned a teaching from the hymn after text that, God loves us from inception and we need to realize this love.

He continued admonishing the congregants that even after Adam and Eve failed to follow the commandments, out of love God still called them.

God calls us because he wants us to inherit the kingdom of God.

Many men of faith in the ancient days like Samuel, Elijah and Moses were differently called by God.

- We too have been called by God and his desire is to serve him and serve our neighbors.
- We have been called to follow his commandments and testify his works to all nations.

This, Jesus Christ left the Apostles to perform his work, such as:
- The forgiveness of sins.
- Proclaim his word and prepare believers for the return of Jesus Christ.
- And to show love and compassion to one another.

God in our time calls us, through:
- Our conscious
- And through sacraments.

Therefore, just as Samuel was able to recognize the call of God, we too need to recognize God's voice and his word.
- It's depended upon us to respond to God's call by following him.
- God has given us some tasks to perform and thus in return we should appreciate and love him.

On 26th July, 2026, the Apostle conducted a Divine Service in Mbanyutu Congregation under Mbanyutu Rector District.

Text read: Mathews 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

The Apostle stated to the members that, God has chosen us and we have been promised the kingdom of God. For this reason, we have the privilege to be admonished in his house.

We want now to hold onto this calling and to this faith in God.

Our teaching centers on us being transformed to be God's children, so that we are forgiven.

Failing to forgive is also another sin which we commit. Therefore, we should have endless forgiveness.

- God forgives us of our sins and forget about them.
- We should be like Jesus Christ when we want to forgive ourselves. For he forgave mankind even in pain on the cross.
- We should be filled with great love so that we can forgive others.
Therefore, as children of God, let's always forgive others in our lives has christians.

By Nyundu Chinga

On Saturday Morning 25th July, 2026, the Apostle led congregants in Mihozhi Congregation in a Mid-week service in Mihozhi Congregation under Luampa Rector District.

Text read: James 2:8
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

The love of God for mankind started from the creation of man in God's image.

This love God has bestowed upon us, should also be shown unto us.

Now our word for today is talking about the law of all laws. The king of laws is therefore love.

When we keep the law of love, will realize that God loves us.

- God has given us the power to move from our places to his temple.
- God wants us to go and reign with him in his father's paradise.
- God has given us the freedom for us to choose either to follow God or not.

Through his love now, God has brought us in his world. We should therefore, proclaim unto our neighbors to follow Christ and God.

- Love doesn't segregate.
- This love will enable us live like Christ and overcome sin in all manners.

Therefore:
- God loves us, we too should love ourselves and our neighbors.
