Wednesday Morning Prayer

Eternal Source of Dawn,
You who knit light into the fabric of the day before my eyes open to receive it, be present here.

As Wednesday breaks, I bring You the weight I’ve carried since Monday and the weariness I feel before Friday’s promise. Do not let me mistake this midpoint for a place to stall. Instead, make it a hinge—where yesterday’s lessons swing open into tomorrow’s possibility.

Grant me clarity of mind that is not merely clever, but true.
Grant me steadiness of heart that does not harden when tested.
Grant me hands that build what is good, even when no one is watching.

If I have grown distracted by noise, quiet me.
If I have grown cynical by disappointment, renew me.
If I have grown weary in doing good, strengthen me.

Let my work today be more than function. Let it be worship—ordered, attentive, offered.
Let my speech carry grace, not just information.
Let my silence hold space for what is holy.

I do not ask for ease. I ask for depth.
Depth to see Your hand in the ordinary.
Depth to endure what must be endured without losing hope.
Depth to love what is difficult to love.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You as one body, one family, joined and held together by every part You have given us. Lord, make us faithful members, not spectators.

Teach us to attend church programs and encourage one another. Move us to tell others about the Good News and to share what You have done in our lives. Stir us to pray and intercede for our church, our leaders, our community, and for those who do not yet know You. Lead us to give tithes and offerings with cheerful hearts, and to support the house we call home.

Father, call us to live a life of holiness in all we say and do. Use our gifts to serve one another as faithful stewards of Your grace. Help us submit to spiritual leadership and honor those You have placed over us. Teach us to build unity and love, showing brotherly affection and outdoing one another in honor. Make us disciples who encourage and build up, lifting one another in faith.

KATWE NETWORK is seeking an experienced private consultant with proven expertise in regulatory compliance to lead, implement, and fully execute the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Zambia licensing process for an investment-based crowdfunding platform (equity and debt).

This role requires a hands-on, end-to-end approach, ensuring full regulatory approval and operational readiness in line with Zambian law.

Scope of Work:

▪️Full end-to-end ex*****on of the SEC Zambia licensing process
▪️Preparation, structuring, and submission of all regulatory applications and documentation
▪️Direct engagement and follow-up with SEC Zambia throughout the approval process
▪️Structuring a compliant equity and/or debt crowdfunding model
▪️Navigating Companies Act restrictions on public offerings and advising on compliant structures (e.g. SPVs, public entities where required)
▪️Implementation of AML/KYC frameworks and investor protection measures
