*Day 2 of 7 days prayer and fasting*
Bible Reading
Joel 2:12-14a
Esther 4:1-17 & 5:1-3
*We are praying for Divine favor today*

Each time you engage in prayer and fasting, divine favor is released upon you, you generate the favor of God who controls the hearts of kings (Proverbs 21:1)
When divine favor is released, heavens are opened over you, wealth begins to follow you, people begin to. notice you, protocols are broken for your sake.
So because you've chosen to fast, divine favor is yours this year. Claim it. Ask the Lord to release it upon you and all areas of your life.

*Let's meet at 16:00 for a prayer session together again.*

Genesis 22:1-19

*Key points*
✅Giving is the will of God; not for a selected few but for every believer
✅ is not losing, it is gaining
✅ is a test of your capability of handling a much bigger blessing
✅ every test of God there's a blessing; expect a blessing after your obedience
✅ unlocks doors of blessings
*How did Abraham pass this test? or how did he manage to fulfill the will of God?*
✅He took the step of obedience immediately; early next morning;
✅ chose not to share what he heard from God with anyone; he understood the magnitude of it;
✅ trusted God as the provider; We fail to give because we don't trust God completely as provider.
*Did Abraham enjoy what he was doing?*
No!
Abraham was in the same state that Jesus was in, in Gethsemane. Not an easy place to be.
✅Lesson: it won't be easy or enjoyable
*What was the result of Abraham's obedience?*
👉 God proved to be faithful
👉 God rewarded Abraham
