MORNING VERSE

MEDITATION
God's mercy is great and His truth is everlasting. His faithfulness and justice are dependable and kind, loving and holy. We can trust Him and find value in His words, even in the brevity of Psalm 117. Let us praise Him and make His attributes the cornerstone of our lives, knowing that His truth is as true today as it was when it was written and will be true forever.

PRAYER
Father, grant me wisdom to comprehend why You sent Your Son, Jesus, to this world. Help me to gain a deeper understanding of the Gospel's truths. I pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

MEDITATION
I wrote my worries down, prayed, and put them in a "God Box". Over time, I forgot what I wrote and trusted God more. He cares for me and provides renewed hope and joy. I now surrender my worries to Him.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, we come to You in our times of need, asking that You open our eyes to Your love and faithfulness. Help us to trust in You and surrender our struggles to You, so that our faith may grow. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.

DEVOTION
God cares deeply for our wellbeing and wants us to follow His commandments. To do this, we must pay attention to His voice. We can do this by reading the Bible, spending time in prayer, and opening our hearts to His will. This will help us to obey His instructions and keep His commands. Let us live in close relationship with Jesus and faithfully follow His Word in all we do.

PRAYER
Lord, we trust that you are speaking to us and we desire to listen to your voice. May your Kingdom come to our lives and our families. We entrust all our worries, tasks, and issues to you. May you bless them and all that surrounds us. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.

Trust in God and His Word. Without Him, our efforts are in vain. He will meet our needs and be our foundation. Psalm 127.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I rely on You for all that I need. I offer You my time, abilities, and resources to be used for Your glory. Please guide me as I strive to serve You. Amen in Jesus' name.

DEVOTION
God can make the impossible possible! He can turn dreams into reality and bring joy to those who reach out in faith. He can bring back the captive ones and fill our mouths with laughter. He can do great things for us and answer our prayers. Don't give up on your vision, your dream, your idea. God is still the same and He can make it happen!

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I entrust my aspirations and ambitions to You. Free me from any false cravings and diversions that may lead me astray. Guide me to fulfill Your plans. I pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

VERSE
1 Corinthians 10:23-24 (KJV) All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.

INSPIRATION
Paul does not here reject God's Law and claim that nothing he could possibly do would be sin. He speaks about using the things of the world and of doubtful mattters. He speaks about the believer's freedom, but he makes it clear we should choose what is edifying and what is beneficial to the welfare of others.

PRAYER
Help me to not use my freedom as an excuse to walk uncharitably or to live for myself. All things must be done so as to serve God and serve others, not simply to serve myself. Give me godly discernment, I pray, to know what will edify and what will needlessly offend others. Give me a spirit of love that seeks good for others instead of just claiming my own rights. Amen

Psalms 23:4 (KJV) Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

INSPIRATION
You need to realize that any appearance of death or destruction that you come across, is merely a shadow. It can never taint your salvation or separate you from God in any way. As a Christian, you don’t need to fear evil because you are seated with Christ in heavenly places. You are far above all principalities and powers, because you are hidden in Christ.

PRAYER
Dear God, I thank you that I am seated in the heavenly places with Christ, where no force of evil can rock me or floor me. The enemy will never have power over me because of where I am with You, Lord. Thank you for covering me, Lord, and for always being with me. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
