CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF CHIPATA
YOUTH SECRETARIAT

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THE DIOCESAN YOUTH AGM

Receive warm greetings from the Catholic Diocese of Chipata Youth Secretariat.

I wish to inform all our Deanery and Lay Group Chaplains and Leaders that our forthcoming Diocesan Youth Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was scheduled to take place from 16th to 17th October 2026, has been postponed.

The postponement is due to the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) National Youth AGM, which is scheduled to take place on the same dates.

Therefore, the Catholic Diocese of Chipata Youth AGM has been rescheduled to 6th to 7th November 2026.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and kindly ask everyone to take note of the new dates and make the necessary preparations.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Phiri Lemmy
Diocesan Youth Secretary ✍🏾
