BREAK UP YOUR FALLOW GROUND

Hosea 10:12 (KJV)
“Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.”

Harvest is not only about receiving; it is also about preparing the ground.

The farmer does not expect a harvest from ground that has remained hard and not worked on. Before the seed is sown, the ground must be broken up. In the same way, God desires to prepare the ground of our hearts for the harvest He is bringing into our lives.

A hard ground represents areas that have become fallow , neglected, or unproductive. Sometimes, it is our faith, prayer life or commitment to God’s Word. God says, “Break up your fallow ground.”

In this season of Supernatural Harvest, God is calling us to prepare ourselves for what He is about to do. Do not allow disappointment or past experiences to harden your heart. Cultivate your spiritual life again. Return to prayer. Return to the Word.

Notice that the scripture says, “Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy.” There is a seed to sow and there is a harvest to reap. Every prayer, act of obedience, sacrifice and righteous decision is a seed.

When the ground is prepared and the seed is sown, God gives the increase. The harvest may not always appear immediately, but God’s principle remains: what is sown in righteousness will produce a harvest in due season.

This is your season to break up every fallow(hard) ground. Prepare your heart. Sow your seed. Seek the Lord. And as you do, expect Him to cause the heavens over your life to rain righteousness.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father,thank You for this season of supernatural harvest. I receive the wisdom to prepare the ground of my heart. Every area that has become hard, neglected, or unproductive is revived in Jesus’ name. I choose to seek You, walk in righteousness, obey Your Word, and faithfully sow my seed. Let every seed I have planted produce a supernatural harvest. Cause the rain of Your righteousness to fall upon my life, and let my harvest speak of Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ Mighty name, Amen.🙏🏾

PLANTED TO FLOURISH

Psalm 92:12-14 (KJV)
“The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.”

There is a difference between being present and being planted. A person can be present in the house of God without being rooted in God. But when you are planted, you become established, and what is established can flourish.

The Psalmist gives us a picture of the righteous as a palm tree and a cedar. These are not pictures of fragile or temporary growth. They speak of stability, strength and sustained fruitfulness.

Notice where this flourishing comes from: “Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish.” Your fruitfulness(Harvest)is connected to your rootedness.

In the Kingdom, your harvest is not only about what you receive,it is also about what your life produces. God desires that you continually bring forth fruit..fruit that remains and testifies of His faithfulness.

There are seasons when you may not immediately see the results of what you have sown. But being planted means remaining in your place even when the evidence has not yet appeared.

This is why you must not abandon your place in God because of a difficult season.

In this month of Supernatural Harvest,God is reminding you that what is planted in Him will NOT remain barren.There is a harvest attached to your faithfulness,and there is fruit that will come forth in its season.

PRAYER
My Father,My Creator,thank You because You have called me to flourish and continually bring forth fruit. Help me to remain deeply rooted in You and established in Your house. Let every seed I have sown produce a supernatural harvest.Even when I cannot see the results,give me grace to remain planted and faithful. Cause me to flourish in every area of my life and let my fruitfulness testify of Your faithfulness.May my life continually produce fruit that brings glory to Your name.In Jesus’ Mighty name,Amen.🙏🏾

LIFT UP YOUR EYES,THE HARVEST IS READY

John 4:35
“Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold,I say unto you, Lift up your eyes,and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”

One of the things that can hinder a person from experiencing their harvest is failing to recognise when the season has come.

In John 4,Jesus challenged His disciples because they were looking at the natural seasons, while He was revealing a spiritual reality.They were saying, in essence, “There is still time before the harvest.” But Jesus said, “Lift up your eyes.”

There is a dimension of spiritual perception that allows you to recognise what God has already prepared.

The disciples were looking at the field according to natural timing, but Jesus saw a field that was already white unto harvest. This teaches us that God’s timing for a harvest may not always agree with human expectation.

Sometimes,we postpone what God has already made ready.

You may say, “Maybe next year.”
“Perhaps one day.”
“It will happen when the time is right.”

But what if the time is already right?
Jesus said, “Lift up your eyes.” This means that before you reap a harvest, you must first be able to see it. There are opportunities that just require spiritual discernment.

Therefore,do not despise the season you have been in. The prayers you prayed, the sacrifices you made, the service you rendered, and the seeds you planted have all been part of the process.

Your responsibility now is to lift up your eyes.Stop looking only at what has not happened. Ask God to give you eyes to see what He has already prepared.

The harvest does not begin when you see the evidence,it begins when you receive the revelation that the field is ready.

PRAYER
My Father,My Creator,I thank You for the revelation of Your Word.Open my spiritual eyes to recognise every harvest You have prepared for me.Give me discernment to see the opportunities,courage to step into them, and grace to gather the fruit of every seed I have planted.In this season of supernatural harvest, let nothing prepared for me pass me by.In Jesus’ Mighty name, Amen.

A harvest that comes suddenly

Amos 9:13
The days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes.

Normally, there is a time to plant, a time to wait and then a time to harvest. But God speaks of a time when the harvest will be so great that the reaper is overtaken by the one plowing and the planter by the one treading grapes.

This reminds us that God is not limited by our natural timelines. He can accelerate what seemed delayed. He can bring increase where there was little. He can cause one season to produce results beyond what we expected.

Perhaps you have been sowing in prayer, faith, obedience, service, giving, or your work, and you have wondered, “When will I see the fruit?”

I just want to encourage you never to be discouraged.God knows how to bring you into a harvest season that comes suddenly .

Let us remain faithful in our sowing while trusting God for the increase. The harvest belongs to Him, and He will cause things to happen suddenly.

Prayer
Heavenly Father,thank You for bringing me into my season of supernatural harvest. Let every good seed I have sown begin to produce sudden fruits. Accelerate my harvest according to Your will, and let my life testify of Your goodness & faithfulness. In Jesus’ Mighty name,Amen!.

Six Characteristics of a Good Harvester
1. A harvester must be saved
✍️ If you want to be a harvester, you must first be harvested.
✍️ You must receive Christ.
✍️ If you are not born again, you cannot minister to others.
✍️ You must be served for you to serve effectively.
2. A harvester must study the Word of God
✍️ The terms and conditions of living of a believer are in the Word of God.
✍️ In order for you to minister effectively, you must study the Word of God.
3. Prayer
✍️ A harvester must always pray because it is in prayer where we receive direction.
✍️ Communication to God is through prayer.
✍️ Communication builds healthy relationships.
✍️ If we want to know more about God, we must be in constant communication with Him.
4. A harvester must be a hard worker
✍️ Even at workplaces, we must work diligently without complaints and excuses.
5. A harvester should be physically and mentally stable
6. A harvester must be ready to go
✍️ Be ready to be sent.

✍️ There is a period between sowing and harvesting called waiting.
✍️ Life is about sowing and reaping.
There are principles we follow in order for us to have the harvest:
1. We must recognize the harvest season
✍️ You can be waiting for your harvest season and yet it has already come.
✍️ If you are not alert, you can miss your harvest season.
✍️ Refuse to procrastinate; procrastination may cause you to miss your harvest season.
2. Harvest time sometimes is a time you don't expect
✍️ It is a season that brings greatness, riches, and abundance.
✍️ Jesus came and was put in the ground that there may be a harvest of souls.
✍️ The harvest is great, but sometimes we may not have the right tools.
✍️ The skill you have during the planting season is different from the skill you must acquire during the harvest season.
✍️ In order for us to experience the great harvest, we must expand our skills and increase our capacity.
✍️ We must change our mentality as we enter the harvest season.
3. The harvest season sometimes will complicate you
✍️ It is a season that exposes you to your enemies.
✍️ In the harvest field, there are wolves.
✍️ Wolves are territorial, but to you, God has given the nations.
✍️ A harvest is what will bring you to the top.
Obligations of the Harvester
1. Every harvest season will favour you
2. In your harvest time, learn to give glory to God
Leviticus 23:9–10
3. Remember to give to the poor and the stranded
4. You start the process of sowing
✍️ Every harvest season gives us a seed to sow.
