The Department of Church Affairs is the Department created to register the Apostolic and Zionists Churches in the register of this Council officially and issue them with Registration Membership Certificates.

The Department of Church shall have three (3) Conferences in a year, and they are as follows :

1. March — Opening Conference for the new year.
2. July — General Conference.
3. November — Closing Year Conference.

All the Bishops together with their church committees are compelled to attend all the Conferences as stipulated herein, for the benefit of their churches, and to invest themselves with all the Laws and Regulations governing their churches.

REGISTERED CHURCH WITH THE COUNCIL -The Head Quarters and the Offices of the Registered church in terms of the By-Laws and Regulations of the Council shall be situated anywhere in the Southern Africa or in Africa. And that the Synod of the said Church shall have the right to transfer such Head Quarters and Offices to any Self-Governing Independent States in Southern Africa or Africa for the interest and welfare of their members. And that the said Church shall remain registered under the Laws and Regulations of the United Apostolic Ministers Council in Africa(Uamca).

ORDINATION OF ARCHBISHOP, BISHOP OR VICE BISHOP – The Ordination of Archbishop, Vice is done by the President of the Department, and of the Council General Conference of the Apostolic and Zionists Churches on the first week the month of July every year. During the process of ordination of Bishop, she/ he shall be officially anointed.

THE ORDINATION /APPOINT OF OTHER RELIGIOUS LEADER OF THE DEPARTMENT – The appoint of other religious Leader of the Department is done by the President of the Council and of the Department of Social Humanitarian Affairs on request. During the process of ordination or appoint, she/ he shall be officially appointed by this Department according to his or her own religious opinion of anointing. THE DEMOCRATIC RIGHT OF ANY MEMBER ; It shall be the RIGHT of the President, the right of any Member or any Person, or any Apostolic, Zionists nor Christian Church Organization, or any aggrieved Person REGISTERED with this Council to lay before the Disciplinary Committee any facts or circumstances indicating that a Member has committed offence under the CONSTITUTION or Rules and Regulations or By-Laws or Resolutions of the Council.

AFFAIRS ROLES
Developing Ministry Culture :
° PROMOTE missionary work in the Uamca National Council of Churches.

° DEVICE Administration systems from primary Church level to prepare young people to acquire missionary work and preaching the gospel worldwide or elsewhere.

° PROMOTE passion for all Christian churches equivalent for united Congregation, for networks or for disputes.

° SUPPORT the independent churches, independent initiatives and free mission principles.

We must understand that Christian denomination, Churches are not competitors or critics but rather a small breed, which need to expand in order to develop spiritual wealth among Christian denomination at large.

We attempt to safeguard the Spiritual, physical and material Welfare of our members, knowledge and abilities to the highest levels, create monthly salaries, and Pension Schemes funds for retired independent Christian denomination, Church ministers, and bishops registered under the laws and regulations of the Uamca National Council of Churches.

PREFACE

The work of God in the Apostolic and all Christian Council Movement, should spread through our instrumentality, from BRAAMFISHERVILLE the Republic of South Africa, throughout the entire states of Southern Africa and Africa.

We esteem it our duty and privilege most earnestly to recommend to all Apostolic Churches and other Christian Churches in terms of our Social Humanitarian Affairs of the United Apostolic Ministers Council in Africa, our Constitution revised and improved.

We wish to see the CONSTITUTION in all our Member Churches.

We remain your affectionate Brethren and Pastors who Labour night and day, both in public and private for your good.
