The Ntchisi District Council is today conducting the Children's Parliament.

Ntchisi District Council - Social Welfare Officer, Wilson Milanzi, says the two-day parliamentary session is aimed at providing young legislators an opportunity to voice out challenges that affect them in their respective areas.

the session has been organized by Save the Children through the Ntchisi Youth Organization (NOYD), World Vision Malawi, and Good Results or All (GoRA)

Vacancy for an Internship

Good Results for All (Go RA) is a local non-governmental organization established and registered with the government of Malawi in 2011. The organization is based in Ntchisi district, and its vision is a healthy, transparent, prosperous, and well-informed society free from economic and social challenges.
GoRA does a lot of programs which include Health and nutrition, Livelihoods, Promoting child rights, and Gender equality, to mention a few. Recently, the organization has secured the partnership with the Scottish Government through Ecorys in Scotland and FAWE in Malawi, serving as the intermediary partners to implement the “Gender Equality, Women and Girls Empowerment Project” for 12 months in Ntchisi and Dowa districts in Malawi.

It is from the above background that the organization is looking for well-qualified interns to fill the vacancies as follows;

1. Field Officers (2) based in Ntchisi and Dowa districts.
The applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Gender and Development, Community Development, Development Studies, or any related field obtained from a well-recognized academic institution. Those with experience in Gender Equality, women's and girls' empowerment will have an added advantage.

2. Accountant ( 1) based in Ntchisi or Dowa district.
The applicants’ qualification should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/finance obtained from a well -recognized institution. Those with experiences in the similar position will have added advantage.
Interested candidates/ applicants should submit their applications, up t o date detailed Curriculum Vitae ( CV) including names and addresses of three traceable referees and certified copies of certificates to the addresses below not later than 18th Jul y, 2025.
