Dear Men

I have learned that we mess up most when we shut up, it is in the process of bottling issues in and keeping things to ourselves that we boil up and get highly irritable and angry.

You are not stronger than strength even the best of us break. You cannot afford not to have a place were you can go to and be real about what you are going through.

I know you feel no one understands what it takes and means to be you but truth is we are all dealing with something.

My brother anger left unaddressed in you will mess you up to the point of being someone who messes up everything around himself.

I know you are frustrated and feel like your manhood is compromised. Trust me when I say God knows how to deal with you even when you can't deal with yourself.

More s*x won't help.
A new s*xual encounter won't help.
More alcohol won't help.
One party after another will not help.

You need a place were you can go that will allow you to brake down and cry gracefully. You need some to talk to.

Above all you need to come to a place were you see the need to talk about the things that mess you up inside.

You are emotional and angry proud as you are about yourself you need to understand you need to start talking to someone.
