Hare Krishna. A few devotees in our community attended a training session over the past few days. The training covered a specific aspect of worship taught in our parampara system called Yajna Vidhi ( Fire Sacrifice). Our teacher from Nairobi, HG Caitanya Vishnu prabhu patiently taught the devotees this important Vaishnava practice as taught by Gopal Bhatta Goswami in Sat Kriya Sara Dipika. The training was supported by a few devotees cooking for the course attendees and there were several family members of the students attending the final day of the course. Hare Krishna. Last week we celebrated the beautiful and sweet festival of Panihati Cid Dadhi Mahotsava. We discussed the endearing qualities of Raghunatta dasa Goswami and his sweet exchange with Nityananada prabhu and the punishment that was meted out. We enjoyed a sumptuous feast afterwards.

Hare Krishna. On Friday 27 March we celebrated the auspicious appearance day of Lord Ramachandra, the crown jewel of the Raghu dynasty. The program hosted at the ashram was well attended. The presiding Deities and Srila Prabhupada were gorgeously dressed and decorated. The temple room was beautifully decorated. The pravachan ( discourse) by Svetadvip pr was enlivening. The prasadam, as usual, was really sumptuous. The many sweets had to be packed separately so the attendees could relish these comfortably, at their leisure. We look forward to celebrating more festivals in the coming months. Watch this space. Sita- Ram, Lakshman, Hanuman ki jai!!!

Hare Krishna. 2025 has been a memorable year in so many respects: through the year we have memories of some really inspiring festivals, gorgeous outfits for the Deities, beautiful altar decorations, so many sumptuous meals, really heartfelt conversations with friends at programs in the ashram, several roaring kirtan sessions and sweet serving moments with so many kind hearted souls, both in Uitenhage and in PE. What a beautiful year it was :-) thank you all for your contributions to make this a memorable year
We pray you all, together with your loved ones, have a blessed and safe transition into 2026. We look forward to creating many more sweet memories in the new year. Hare Krishna
