DAY OF FASTING & PRAYER – FOR OUR CITY & NATION

This Tuesday, 10 February 2026, believers across Pietermaritzburg are coming together to seek God for our city, our province, and our nation. 🇿🇦

From early morning prayer to evening gatherings across different zones, we are standing in unity for:
Revival
Righteous leadership
Protection over the Church
Peace in our city
A mighty move of God in South Africa

📍 Morning Prayer – 6AM at City Hall (Pastors, leaders & church assistants)
📍 Evening Prayer – 7PM at various locations across the city

it’s a call to humble ourselves, pray, and believe God for transformation.

🕊️ “If My people who are called by My Name humble themselves and pray… then I will hear from heaven.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14

Let’s stand together. Let’s pray together. Let’s believe together.

Today in Pietermaritzburg, the Church showed up.

Over 150 pastors gathered at Jacob’s Well Ministries alongside the South African Church Defenders — not for noise, not for politics, but to pray, listen, learn, and take responsibility for the times we’re living in.

As we lifted Jesus at the centre, Apostle Makuba spoke with clarity and courage about contending for our faith — helping us understand the real legislative pressures facing churches in South Africa and how we respond wisely, united, and biblically.

We left strengthened, informed, and reminded that the Church must be awake, united, and willing to stand — for truth, for freedom of worship, and for the generations coming after us.
