Hope of Christ church was established in October 2008. It was established by Pastor Monyela D.G with over 500 members. It was started in a house No 2299 Nkowankowa B. In 2009 the membership reached to 1500 and we were given a site where the church is built. The building started in October 2010 and finished by June 2011and the building accommodate about 2000 people. Hope of Christ church is involved in many community projects. Every year we buy complete school uniforms for orphans and poor children. We started with about 100 and to date we have reached about 500 children. We also give food to orphans and destitute families monthly. We also built a house for a woman who was rejected by her in-laws because of the death of her husband. This year we are planning to embark on new venture of missions where we are going to first African countries and later other countries. As Hope of Christ church thank God for the blessing as we are the biggest church in mopani, with complete building well furnished with air conditioners and we are debt free Members to date is over 4000.
