You are a light, the more you speak the Word, the more you shine brighter and brighter, but when you speak negative words, your light goes dim.

The most important thing in your life is your word! Too many people release careless words into the atmosphere and can't figure out why certain things are happening or not happening in their lives.

Scripture has revealed to us that everything in the universe has to adjust itself to accommodate our words- good or bad, purposeful or errant. Words are free but how you use them may cost you.

In fact, God designed divinity to be revealed and released through words. Your word is a major contributory factor to the miracle you desire.

STAY IN GRATITUDE

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

This verse, given by the Spirit through the apostle Paul, is one of the simplest, yet most profound instructions in the Word of God. He says, "In everything give thanks." This means, no matter what happens, stay in gratitude; maintain a grateful heart. Thanksgiving is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. If you've ever said, "Lord, I want to do your will," here’s a straightforward way to do just that: give thanks in everything.

It sounds simple, but how well have you practised it? Thanksgiving is how you position yourself to see the manifestation of God’s power at work in your behalf. Depression, frustration and confusion have no place in the life of one who consistently gives thanks. When you understand the principle of thanksgiving, you'll never allow circumstances to dictate your joy.

Nothing can frustrate you when you’re always full of gratitude to the Lord. If you lose money, give thanks. If you lose your job, give thanks. If your car is stolen, give thanks. Before taking any step, give thanks. Why? Because this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus! Even if a contract you were awarded suddenly got revoked, give thanks because your source is not the contract or any human system. Your source is the Lord. When one door closes, it only means a bigger one is about to open.

Thanksgiving keeps your focus on God's sovereignty and provision, not on the challenges before you. So even if your business partners or associates tell you they can no longer fulfil their part of an agreement, respond with gratitude, knowing God has something greater in store for you.

Everyone who blesses you is in turn blessed by God. This means that when someone gives to you or does good for you, they position themselves for a blessing from God. Therefore,

Everything about my finances proves the reality of the life of God in me. I am blessed. I am making great progress in my finances, moving in leaps and bounds and securing unimaginable financial blessings. I have several streams of income, and I will never be broke because my life is connected to an unending supply.Hallelujah!! Glory to God!!

The glory, graces, wisdom and perfections of God are shining forth and are fully expressed through my finances. God has made me His billboard for prosperity

Nothing shall be impossible unto me. I am involved with projects that bring too much wealth. I am a city set on a hill and cannot be hid. My clouds are full and they are emptying themselves. Big monies are locating me from all directions. Glory!

Life is spiritual and there are myriads of spiritual activities all around us. Prayer is a spiritual activity. To live without prayer is one of the quickest ways to put your life in the hands of the devil and the circumstances of life.

There are certain things that will not happen unless we pray no matter how serious we need it, not because of the prayer itself but because of the effects of prayer. Prayer is reality. The busier and bigger you get, the more you should pray.

Time spent in prayer shows how much you need God. Not praying is to leave your life to chance and it's a show of pride. Until you understand the benefits of prayers, you'll always be a victim of life's circumstances.

Life is deeper than you think because life is spiritual. You don't wish for a change, you initiate change. Things don't change by chance rather they become worse. There is no natural solution to any spiritual problem but there is a spiritual answer to every natural problem you face. The answer is just as real and even more real than the natural impossibility you see, and God's answer is infinitely greater. But if you don't pray, then you leave your life to chance.

Remember, tomorrow's results are the seeds of today's choices and decisions.

HEAR AND HEED HIS WORD

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19).

The original Hebrew word for "obedient" in the verse above is “shama,” which appears, specifically, 1,159 times in the Authorized Version. Notably, it is translated as "obedient" only eight times for contextual relevance. In fact, it is translated as "hear" 785 times and as "hearken" 169 times. The reason I emphasize this is that even in this instance, where the translators believed "obedient" would be the best presentation, it's not entirely accurate but still conveys a nice meaning.

The phrase "if ye be willing and obedient" essentially means “if you truly hear me.” This is why they chose "obedient"—it reflects the dynamics of asking a child, “Did you hear me?” This often occurs when an instruction hasn’t been followed. So, when you say, “If you hear what I’m telling you…,” it implies “If you heed what I’m telling you,” which translates to “If you obey what I’m telling you.”

The presentation of this verse in the Living Bible is quite remarkable; it says, “If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich.” What a statement! Can God truly do this, even in difficult situations? Can He do it in the slums, the impoverished neighbourhoods, or backsides of civilization? Can He do it for someone from your kind of family? Emphatically yes!

He says, “If you will only let me help you”; it’s as if He’s asking, “I want to help you; would you allow me to do so?” He emphasizes that if you hear Him, He will make you rich. This shows that God is not against you being rich. But what does it mean to be rich?

It signifies having super abundance—having so much more than you require that you can help others become rich as well. If you’re wealthy but can’t help others achieve wealth, then you’re not genuinely rich. So, accept His invitation to

One of the things that is unique to you is your smile. Don't allow people and circumstances take that away from you that you are now always frowning. Your smile is unique to you. Smile, you don't own all the problems in the world. Filter what goes on in your mind, your thoughts affect your mood.

Don't make someone who lives with you in your present pay the price for an experience you had in your past. Sometimes we react with anger to people who live among us now, while in reality we are reacting to memories of a past gone.

Life doesn't make you or break you, it's actually your mentality that decides. What's playing out of our lives is a picture of the function of our minds. How you see yourself does not only affect how others see you, but also affect how things are with you!
