More Than Enough in Him

"But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me."
— 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)

Have you ever noticed how quick we are to disqualify ourselves? How easily we believe the lies that whisper, “You’re not good enough,” “You’re not spiritual enough,” or “You don’t have what it takes”?

As pastors’ wives, we carry invisible burdens, expectations, comparisons, and pressures to be everything to everyone, and in the midst of all this, we often shrink, belittle our worth, and question if we are truly called.

But God never asked us to be perfect. He called us to be present. He called us to lean on His strength, not our own. When we feel inadequate, He reminds us; My grace is enough for you.

God doesn't wait for us to have it all together. He meets us in our weakness and shines through it. The very areas where we feel less than are often the places where His glory shows up the most.

So today, daughter of the King, silence the inner critic. Stop rehearsing the story of not-enoughness. You are not only called, but you are also equipped, covered, and deeply loved.
