Our Sunday School had some very special guest teachers in their classrooms yesterday —our ministers and retired ministers! The kids completely loved having them visit, share their wisdom, and lead the way.

On Sunday, 30 August 2026, Tiffany and Shalim Ely brought their baby, Gianna Ely, to God's altar to receive the baptism blessing.

We wish the parents much joy and strength in rearing this young soul at the feet of Jesus.

On Sunday, 23 August 2026, our congregation was blessed to witness the appointment of Sister Rebecca Stevens as our Congregation's Young People Leader.

​During the appointment, our Rector reaffirmed that one of the core responsibilities of the Young People Leader is to nurture and deepen the faith of our young people, while remaining actively involved in their activities and spiritual development. The Rector further emphasized the importance of maintaining a close working relationship with both the Rector and the young people of the congregation, as well as reaching out to parents and encouraging their support.
​We wish Sis Rebecca Stevens every blessing in this new responsibility and look forward to all that God will do through her leadership.

On Saturday, 8th August, our seniors gathered, for their annual winter fellowship, celebrating with a festive "Christmas in July" theme. The afternoon brought everyone together for a heartwarming time filled with laughter, joy, and cherished moments.

On Wednesday 5th August, District Rector Priest Heinrich Benjamin conducted our divine service.

Following the celebration of Holy Communion, Deacon Noel Daniels was placed into retirement after many years of faithful and devoted service in God's work.

Thereafter, the District Rector greeted those in attendance and spent time in warm fellowship.

Today, our Young People enjoyed a beach cleanup to celebrate Mandela Day and kick off our Dare 2 Care Program. Proud of their hard work and energy!

On Sunday, 12th July, our District Rector, Priest Heinrich Benjamin, shared God's Word from Matthew 6:10: "Your kingdom come." We are witnesses to both the present and coming Kingdom of God.

Baby Gianna Morar also received the Holy Baptism and Sister Venessa Williams was appointed District Sunday School Coordinator.

Our seniors enjoyed a fantastic Friday evening at the Artscape Theatre watching the comic opera, "The Pirates of Penzance". It was an unforgettable evening packed with incredible talent, inspiration, and wonderful fellowship.
