Sunday, 14 June 2026

You are called to complete the assignment.

Minister N Mthunywa shared the Word with us titled "Completing the Assignment" from the book of Jonah.

Consider and reflect on some points from this word delivery:

1. We were reminded that God has given each of us an assignment to complete.
2. We may face fear, resistance, or moments of disobedience, but God's purpose remains.

Thank you for joining us for the second part of our . Let's meet again on Sunday to celebrate our Father’s and Youth.

Sunday, 24 May 2026

This Sunday Minister P Qhesi delivered a word on the hard and unavoidable truth of God's Grace being Sufficient For Us. Reading from the book of Exodus 1:8&10,15-21, she refreshed on the history of the Israelites from captivity to departure fromEgypt. This word was to remind the church that our "mothers" are the source that brings us freedom, which we take for granted. As God heard the cry of the Israelites, may He hear the cry of our "mothers" who, as Moses (for the Israelites), have sacrificed their livelihoods for the future of their children. God's grace remains sufficient when we call on Him.

Sunday, 17 May 2026

Minister G Moseri offered a sermon on Righteousness, reading from the book of Genesis 6:1-9,15, supported by Jude 1:3-6 . This Part 1 of the teaching looked at the history of why God destroyed the world (verse 4,7) and how to seek out righteousness in the times we live in, like Noah was found righteousness in His time (verse 9). Our righteousness will be the saving grace for the next generations, like we found this grace through our forefather, Noah (verse 8).
The conclusion drew us to Matthew 6:33-34, to seek first the righteousness of God and not be concerned about tomorrow, but to rather trust God with our tomorrow. Part 2 is coming soon, are you ready to receive?

Thank you for joining us this Sunday. Let us meet again, next week Sunday at 10am. The intercession session starts 09:30am.

Celebrating Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day to our wonderful HFCFC mothers and queens. We are rich as a church because we know and have you. Thank you for just being!

Minister G Moseri shared a befitting and creative word on motherhood, speaking not only to the mothers but to the fathers and children as well.
The scriptural reading was from Ruth 1-3, supported by Matthew 2:6 and our theme scripture Proverbs 31:28. We talked, laughed, cried, and prayed together on this dedicated day, embracing one another in life and in love.
