BORROWED FOR A PURPOSE PART 5




To whoever is reading this, I am not writing these words to condemn you. I am writing because I care about your soul.

You may have drifted away from God. You may have become comfortable in places where God never intended you to remain. You may have ignored His voice, resisted His instructions, rejected His correction, or delayed your obedience. Yet today, God is giving you another opportunity.

The fact that you are reading these words is not by accident.

Perhaps you have been chasing things that can never satisfy you. Perhaps you have been trying to fill a spiritual void with temporary solutions. Perhaps you have been carrying burdens that Jesus already paid for at the cross. Whatever your condition may be, hear me carefully:

Come back to God.

Not tomorrow.

Not when life becomes easier.

Not when everything is perfect.

Come back now.

The Bible says, "Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near" (Isaiah 55:6).

The enemy has lied to many people. He has convinced them that there is still plenty of time. Yet tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Every heartbeat is a gift. Every breath is mercy. Every day is an opportunity to get right with God.

If God is convicting you as you read this, do not ignore that conviction. It is not condemnation. It is love calling you home.

Lay down your pride.

Lay down your excuses.

Lay down your rebellion.

Lay down your secret sins.

Lay down everything that is separating you from God.

The same Jesus who saved yesterday is still saving today. The same Jesus who delivered yesterday is still delivering today. The same Jesus who restored yesterday is still restoring today.

His arms are still open.

His mercy is still available.

His grace is still sufficient.

His blood still speaks.

His cross still saves.

His resurrection still gives life.

And His return is closer now than ever before.

I urge you, do not become a prisoner of this world. Become a prisoner of Jesus Christ the Messiah. Allow Him to own your heart, your mind, your decisions, your future, and your eternity.

One day every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11). The question is not whether that day will come. The question is whether you will be ready when it does.

Therefore choose life.

Choose obedience.

Choose holiness.

Choose surrender.

Choose Christ.

For we were never borrowed for ourselves.

We were borrowed for His purpose.

To God Be The Glory.

BORROWED FOR A PURPOSE PART 4

The truth that many people do not want to hear is that there are only two kingdoms. The Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. There is no middle ground. There is no neutral position. Every day through our choices, words, actions, and thoughts we are aligning ourselves with one of them.

Many people want Jesus as Savior but not as Lord. They want Him to rescue them from trouble but not to rule over their lives. Yet Jesus never called us to a comfortable Christianity. He called us to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him (Luke 9:23).

The flesh will always fight against the Spirit. Pride will fight against humility. Rebellion will fight against obedience. The old nature will fight against the new creation. This battle continues until we completely surrender ourselves to God.

What profits a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36). This is the question that every person must answer honestly. One day money will remain behind. Houses will remain behind. Vehicles will remain behind. Positions and titles will remain behind. But your soul will continue into eternity.

Sometimes God allows us to experience certain situations not to destroy us but to awaken us. Sometimes what we call punishment is actually mercy. Sometimes what we call delay is actually protection. Sometimes what we call rejection is God redirecting us toward His purpose.

The greatest freedom a person can ever experience is becoming a prisoner of Jesus Christ. For when Christ becomes your Master, sin loses its authority. When Christ becomes your Master, fear loses its authority. When Christ becomes your Master, darkness loses its authority.

The chains of Christ do not destroy a man; they preserve him. They protect him. They prepare him for eternity.

Therefore, let us not merely admire Jesus. Let us follow Him. Let us not merely quote Scriptures. Let us live them. Let us not merely speak about God. Let us walk with Him daily.

To God Be The Glory.
