Protocol for meeting with God James 4:8-10.
• Consecration – be saved (be righteous in Christ) and sanctified (holiness) in the Holy Spirit (Clean hands and a pure heart).
• Veneration – knowing God in relation to self and others. God can not just be approached and is only approached on his terms. He is Holy
• Meditation – the only to God is through the Son.
[Exodus 19; John 3:1-17; 6:63; 14:6,26; 16,4; 17:1-3,4; 2 Corinthians 5:20; James 4:8-10]

Accordingx to James to draw closer to God one needs to be Christ (in Right standing with God (John 14:6). And must be Sanctified (Made holy by the Holy Spirit the spirit of truth one brings you closer to Jesus in revelation. Your Helper, counsel, comfort and companion for living abundant life. Jamesx says,
1. Be Right with God (born again). Receive Salvation by Faith in Christ. Let him cleanse your hands and stop sinning.
2. Be Pure of Heart. Be Sanctified in the Holy Spirit. Be made holy by submitting to leading (will) of God (Discipleship).
3. Be wretched, mourn and weep. Realise and recognise that you are limited without God (John 15). Acknowledge and confess your sin. Yield, Surrender and Submit to God.
4. Be Humble. This is “the heart of the matter.” You can not walk with God accept in humility. God resists the proud – James 4:6-7; 1 Peter 5:5-6.

We thank God for the gift of life. It is a privilege not a right.
Take time this morning to worship God and fellowship with brethren. Delight in the Lord - Psalm 34:4; 27:4.
And we being in God through Christ with the Holy Spirit must live and share this gift with others. This is to know & obey God, being fruitful, multiply & have dominion.
