Giving your life to Jesus doesn’t mean life will be easy, but it does mean you can place your trust and hope in Him — your living hope. He brings order to chaos, fills your life with meaning, and walks with you through every challenge.

Jesus had the power to call down angels and end His suffering at any moment. But He stayed. Why? Because of love—His love for you and me.

The Bible says, “For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross” (Hebrews 12:2).

Every time I’m reminded of the steadfast love of God, I turn into a total mess—because I’m a sinner saved by grace. I make mistakes, I mess up, yet His love remains the same.

Did you know that we exist because of God?

Our very being is a direct result of His divine will. We see this clearly in Genesis 2:7, where God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life—and man became a living being.
It was not just the forming of Adam that gave him life, but the breath of God within him.

In 2013, All Sons & Daughters released a beautiful song titled Great Are You Lord, with the chorus:

“It’s Your breath in our lungs,
So we pour out our praise, we pour out our praise.
It’s Your breath in our lungs,
So we pour out our praise to You only.”

This reminds us of a powerful truth: the very breath we use to speak, to live, and to worship—comes from Him.

We are because He is.
And every breath we take is an invitation to return that life back to Him in praise.
