COLLECT FOR GOOD FRIDAY
Eternal God
the cross of Jesus reveals the cost of our sin
and the depth of your love:
in humble hope and awe
may we place at his feet
all that we have and all that we are;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Empowering Young Minds, One Pad at a Time!

Today, our church family had the privilege of blessing the Grade 12 girls at St. Matthew's High School with sanitary towels after their exams!

We believe that no girl should miss out on her education due to lack of access to basic necessities. Our goal is to support and uplift our community's future leaders.

A huge thank you to our church members and donors who made this possible! Your generosity is helping to break down barriers and create a brighter future for these incredible young women.

As we know the World environment day was observed at the beginning of this month. Here at St. Matthews Parish, Keiskammahoek, the World environmental day was observed on the 9th June 2024. This was done through the planting of trees around the yard which were donated by the Motherโ€™s Union. On the pictures below, we see our Archdeacon L. Nzwana, parish clergy and church congregants planting the trees with the assistance of Dicla Projects and Training students.
