In other words God will remove people that are not good for your success. He will hire and fire for your sake, this means people who are jealous of you, who are blocking your promotion will be removed.
Sometimes even people such friends and colleagues you like or love God can remove them, if they're not part of your promotion, progress and success...so let them go and see yourself go higher and higher in your life in Jesus Name.
