THIS IS THE PROPHECY I SHARED ABOUT MAMELODI SUNDOWNS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, WORD FOR WORD, INCLUCING MY COMMENTARY. AT THE TIME, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT CUP THE LORD WAS REFERRING TO, BUT I BELIEVE IT'S THIS WEEKEND'S CAF CUP WIN.

CONGRATULATIONS SUNDOWNS.

NATIONAL PROPHECY:

GREAT NEWS FOR SUNDOWNS FANS. AND POSSIBLY FOR THE REST OF SOUTH AFRICA.

I trust you’re walking by faith and living in victory over this world as you look forward to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the world to come.

On 23 April 2024, I saw and heard the following:

BEGINNING

I saw sitting on the couch in the living room area. I was in prayer therefore everything was silent. The TV set was off. However, suddenly, in the Spirit, the TV screen formed a strange pattern. The pattern went across the TV screen from left to right. It's was a multi-coloured pattern that looked like the TV set was switching on.

Then suddenly, on the top right hand corner of the screen a rectangle formed and it had picture in it and the rest of the screen remained black.

The rectangle with picture on it displayed a very jubilant team. From their strip, I knew it was Mamelodi Sundowns. It looked like they were celebrating something big and not just a regular Premier Soccer League game.

Then I heard: MAMELODI SUNDOWNS TO WIN THE CUP

The Lord did not specify which cup. I'm not a soccer fan. I don't watch soccer. I don't follow any team. In fact, I know very little about local football.

END

From a bit of research I've done, Mamelodi Sundowns are currently leading the Premier Soccer League table. Perhaps that's the cup they'll win.

Mamelodi Sundowns will also play a second leg semi-final Confederation of African Football Champions League match against Esperance on Friday.

Sundowns lost the first leg 1-0 to the Tunisian side. However, this time they'll be playing at Loftus in Pretoria, South Africa.

Be that as it may, Sundowns will win the cup. Which one? We'll have to see.

If it's the CAF Champions League, then it would be yet another prophecy fulfilment of South Africans doing well against the rest of the world.

WHY IS GOD INTERESTED IN AFRICAN FOOTBALL?

God is not interested in African football. God is interested in the people who watch African football. He wants to save them.

He wants them to know that He knows the end from the beginning. If He says a team is going to win a particular championship, and it happens just as He said, then He must also be trusted when He says His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, is coming back soon.

Therefore, soccer fans must repent and be baptised for the forgiveness of their sins. They must repent and thereafter do works in keeping with repentance.

God performs miracles so that men may repent and put their faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Glory to God!

HOW TO MAKE SURE YOUR MONEY LASTS FOREVER

MONDAY, 25 MAY 2026

MONEY MONDAY

But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous - Luke 14:13-14

The purpose for money is tied up in the gospel of the kingdom. Many Christians don’t know what the real purpose of money is, let alone its true value. That’s why they pray for more money with the intention to spend it on things unrelated to God’s purpose for money. James 4:3 says, ‘Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.’ When you ask God for money with the intention to spend it on your lusts, you’re asking amiss. And as a result, God will not answer that prayer.

The purpose of money is not our lusts, but to be a blessing to others. That’s why the Lord tells us when we have a banquet to invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. When we spend our money this way, He says we’ll be blessed. When we help others from the kindness of our hearts and not because they can invite us back and show us favour, then God will ensure we will be repaid in the resurrection of the righteous in the world to come.

That then shows us not only the purpose of money but the true value of money. When we spend money on our lusts, what we bought with it is all we’ll ever have. But if we spend our money on those who lack the capacity to pay us back, then our money will last us throughout eternity. That’s what it means to store up for yourself treasures in heaven. Many see the poor as worthless, however, helping them in this life will ensure you live at a level you never imagined in the world to come. We ignore the poor at our own peril. Stop living for the here and now. Stop living for what you can see with your naked eye. We live by faith and not by sight. We look not at the things that can be seen. Our focus is what cannot be seen because it’s eternal. Luke 16:9 says, ‘I tell you, use worldly wealth to make friends for yourselves so that when it is gone, they will welcome you into eternal dwellings.’ Use your money wisely and put it towards its intended purpose. Bless the poor in this world, and they’ll welcome you into everlasting abodes in the world to come. Glory to God!

PRAYER

Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, help me not to forget the poor. May I store up for myself treasures in heaven by helping the poor in this world so that You might reward me at the resurrection of the just. Amen.

THE CHURCH BELIEVES THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THE LORD TAUGHT

SUNDAY, 24 MAY 2026

RESURRECTION SUNDAY

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation - John 5:28-29

There will be two resurrections at the end of the age, the resurrection of life and the resurrection of damnation. Those who would have done wicked works will be part of the resurrection of damnation, and they’ll be judged with eternal fire in the lake of fire. However, only those who would have done good works will be part of the resurrection of life, and they’ll be rewarded with eternal life.

The modern Church preaches the exact opposite of this. It’s absolutely amazing that our generation of the Church believes that you don’t have to do anything to receive eternal life. Romans 2:7 says, ‘To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life.’ Those who are persistent in doing good works in this world, because they seek glory, honour, and immortality in the world to come, God will reward them with eternal life.

Eternal life is a gift, however, only in the sense that it’s something that’s given. We must run our race with perseverance in this life first, and at the end of our race, we’ll be given a crown of life, if we overcome this age. Yes, we have eternal life now because we were born with it, however, we must fight the good fight of faith in this life and lay hold on eternal life. Should we stop fighting the good fight of faith, we’ll lose eternal life. Eternal life is not for those who would have called Jesus Christ ‘Lord,’ and yet refused to obey His commandments. Eternal life is for those who would have done good works. That’s why in the end, He’ll say to them, Well DONE, thou GOOD and faithful servant…’ It’s time to do good works.

PRAYER

Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray that I may do an abundance of good works in this life, so that You may lavish me with many rewards in the life to come, including eternal life. Amen.

WOE UNTO PREGNANT WOMEN AND NURSING MOTHERS

FRIDAY, 22 MAY 2026

FAMILY FRIDAY

How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people - Luke 21:23

In the coming persecution, the enemy will be so heartless that pregnant women and nursing mothers will suffer greatly. It won’t just be that running to the mountains would be hard for them because of the inconvenience of having a small child or being pregnant. Hosea 13:16 says, ‘The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground, their pregnant women ripped open.’

Nursing mothers will have to watch their children being dashed to the ground or against the rocks. Pregnant women will have to endure having their tummies ripped open and their fetuses being poured out mercilessly. This is what comes with persecution. It won’t just be the adults who’ll be martyred, but children as well.

If your faith is not firmly rooted in the eternal pleasures that await us in the world to come, then you won’t be able to bear the temporary pain of this world. That’s why you have to meditate on our eternal rewards. That’s why you have to set your mind on things above. If you don’t understand that, should your children be martyred, you’ll see them again when the Lord returns, then you’ll be overcome with emotion and renounce the name of the Lord. Those days are coming, and they’re not too far. Start settling certain matters in prayer now, know the word of God for yourself; so that when the enemy commands you to bow, and kills your toddler or your unborn child, you’ll gladly surrender them, knowing you’ll be reunited soon. You’ll be faithful even unto death.

PRAYER

Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen me with might in my inner man so that when the days of persecution come, I won’t deny the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

FAITHFUL TO HIM EVEN UNTO DEATH

THURSDAY, 21 MAY 2026

I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is; and that thou holdest fast My name and hast not denied My faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth - Revelation 2:13

The Lord Jesus Christ describes Antipas in glowing terms. He calls him, ‘My faithful martyr…’ That goes to show you that the Lord Jesus Christ requires faithfulness from us, even to the point of death. Revelation 2:10 says, ‘Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried, and ye shall have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of Life.’ The Lord Jesus Christ commanded the church in Smyrna to be faithful even unto death.

Faithfulness is a covenant term. Deuteronomy 7:9 says, ‘Know therefore that the Lord thy God, He is God, the FAITHFUL God, who keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations.’ God was a Husband to Israel, and she was His wife. The Lord Jesus Christ is our Husband and we’re His wife in the New Testament. And God requires that we be faithful to our covenant of marriage to Him.

Through trials, Satan wants to pressure us to compromise and commit spiritual adultery with Him through sin. Antipas refused to be unfaithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. No wonder the Lord calls Him, ‘My faithful martyr.’ He kept his covenant until the very end. He was faithful to the Bridegroom even unto death. That’s what you and I are called to. We should love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and might. We should not love the world or the things of the world because friendship with the world is enmity against God. And no matter how harsh the persecution, we should not renounce the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We should not share a bed of fornication with Satan. We should be faithful to Him even to the point of death. In other words, we would rather die than commit adultery with Satan against our Lord. That’s because in the end, all we want to hear from Him is, ‘Well done, thou good and faithful servant…’

PRAYER

Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, may You help me to be faithful and keep my marriage vows to the Lord Jesus Christ. And no matter the level of persecution, may I be faithful even to the point of death. Amen.

PREPARE FOR PERSECUTION. PREPARE FOR MARTYRDOM

WEDNESDAY, 20 MAY 2026

But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake - Acts 9:15-16

From the very beginning, the apostle Paul was told he would suffer great things for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake. To suffer in the gospel sense means to experience persecution. The apostle Paul’s calling was to involve a lot of persecution. In the scriptures, the call of God is not to fame, fortune, popularity, or comfort. God’s five-fold ministers often suffer more than the average Christian.

In fact, the apostle Paul knew he was called to be martyred. He lived his life as a man who could be killed at any time. 2 Timothy 4:6 says, ‘For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near.’ Paul knew his persecution would ultimately lead to martyrdom. Philippians 3:10-11 says, ‘I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.’ Paul wanted to participate in the sufferings of Christ, and become like Him in His death.

In other words, Paul wanted to die the same death of crucifixion as the Lord Jesus Christ, so that he may ultimately share in the same glorious resurrection of the Lord. This is the attitude of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. We’re called to live with the consciousness of persecution unto death. We’re called to carry our cross and be ready to die on it any time. Before our time comes, the Lord will protect us and prosper us in our calling. No man will stand before us. But when the moment of our departure arrives, He’ll let our persecutors have their way and martyr us. We need to preach the true gospel and prepare the Church for what’s coming. Extreme persecution is coming. Martyrdom is coming.

PRAYER

I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.
