This chorus was sang differently, I felt it.

Inde indlela yona ifuna abomelele." The journey of faith is long, and it calls for those who are strong. As Christians, we are reminded that walking with Christ is not a sprint but a lifelong pilgrimage. And when you are entrusted with leadership, the weight of the journey becomes even greater.

Leadership in the Kingdom is not about titles or recognition — it is about carrying the cross daily, reflecting Christ in word and deed, even when the road feels heavy. To be Christ‑like in leadership requires strength that is not our own, but strength rooted in prayer, humility, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

There will be moments of weariness, times when the path feels steep and lonely. Yet it is in those very moments that God’s grace proves sufficient. The Christian leader must be resilient, not because they are perfect, but because they lean on the One who is perfect.

So let us encourage one another: the journey is long, but we are not alone. Christ walks with us, and His Spirit strengthens us. May we rise as leaders who are healed, grounded, and steadfast, shining His light in every step of this demanding but glorious road.

In prayer and praise, hearts are lifted. Here, leadership begins with humility before God, and strength is found in surrender to His will.

Glimpse of the 1st Amathole Presbytery Music Festival

29/08/2026

MaRabe, the Amathole Presbytery FCCM made history today with the inaugural Amathole Music Festival. A celebration of faith, culture, and community through the power of music.

From the opening notes to the final encore, the day was filled with soul‑stirring performances, joyful praise, and unforgettable fellowship. Choirs, soloists, and ensembles lifted their voices in harmony, reminding us that music is not just sound, it is ministry, it is unity, it is life.

Every clip tells a story: the rhythm of drums echoing our heritage, the melodies of choirs weaving together generations, and the laughter of children dancing freely in the spirit of celebration.

This festival was more than an event, it was a testimony of God’s goodness, a platform for talent, and a beacon of hope for the Amathole community.

As we look back on these highlights, may the joy of this day continue to inspire us, strengthen our fellowship, and ignite our passion for worship through music. To God be the glory!"
