The way the boy child is treated when growing up has to change.Boy child is groomed sexually while people are focusing on the minor.From the issue seculating on Social media though i havent watched the video and have no intention of watching it.It is imoerative to note that engaging in sexual activities with a minor is an offence and therefore the perpetrater has to receive a befitting sentence.However you want to put it its still and remains an offence punishable by law.
