Who We Are

The name Ephratah derives from Micah 5:2 (meaning the place of bread). A group of ladies and men through various channel came together with a common goal in a year of 1970 to pray for their families. A that given moment it was seen as a part-time agenda which later turned out to be a ministry. The apostle that pioneered the group was a handmaiden by the name of Apostle Patricia William

s, yes prophecy also contributed an alignment to the original mandate of this ministry called to a weekly prayer meeting. This initiative started in the province of Kwa-Zulu Natal Durban, in a multiracial suburb of Sydenham in Booth Road. This ministry has equipped and exported potential to nations. In the year 2004 the ministry and its members changed the name of this organization. In the profile linked to this change Desiree Ruth Pretorius thus allowed this restoration to continue and thus recovered reinstated and repositioned the ministry's image, mandate and description called Bethlehem Ephratah. Our Lord and Savior Christ disciple the Apostle and return for them to continue the mandate. The discipleship description was to develop, empower and train the people and equip them. Along the path way man has diverted from the of the ministry and focused on the ministry of realm of lower dimension. This is the reason that the ministers have lost the mandate and went after mans concept. Our Savior empowered the apostles and it was the apostles legal mandate to confer grace upon the people of nations. The problem today is the ministers cannot empower the people because they do not have the capabilities to empower themselves and most of them are not called. But apart from the twelve apostle's there were three that had a mandate from God and they witnessed it at the mount of transfiguration. The word also conclude that many are called but few are chosen. People that are called know in their spirit bares witness to the call. The anointing and gifts create avenues and potential for them. Cities that are experiencing this word and receiving the grace gifting i the apostle and prophets, God has sent or gaining momentum and strength and acceleration and are shifting to a new position, where we could and the whole field.
