Seasons greetings from OWC’s Pastor Sam and Nava Naidoo

As we approach Christmas, the day that is a celebration of the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, let us take time to remember that humanity would have been completely lost in darkness had it not been for the mercy of the Father, sending his only son into the world in the form of man to lead us from darkness into his marvellous light of everlasting life and by this we have hope.

Psalm 27 teaches us that when we place our trust in God, we do not need to fear anything or anyone.

Even in the face of danger, rejection or uncertainty, God is our light, salvation and strength. The psalm reminds us to seek God's presence continually and to wait patiently for His help.

We know this too well, that help is on the way.
Stand firm and trust Him today.

The Ultimate Sacrifice

He walked the road, alone, in pain,
Each step He took was not in vain.
The thorns, the nails, the crimson flood,
A gift of life poured out in blood.

He saw our sin, yet loved us still,
And climbed that cross to do God's will.
Now grace flows free, the veil is torn,
Because of love, we are reborn.

A blessed Good Friday to all.
