Powerful πŸ’― πŸ’₯

How can we say such an absolute statement? Let me clear the air.

Yes, non-christian husbands can love their wivesβ€”just as they can breathe fresh air, enjoy a beautiful landscape, and partake in an incredible meal.

Theologians call this "common grace". It means that all are free and able to enjoy the goodness God gives in various forms because He is good and His goodness spills over onto all humanity (see James 1:17). But for believers, there's so much more, particularly for marriage.

A husband whose heart has been captured by Christ has a deeper, truer understanding of love and grace only Christ can give. He understands that he is saved and loved only by God's grace in Christ and is therefore compelled to love his wife similarly. He knows a different, heart-changing love and he extends the same to his wife. He is patient, kind, and gentle. He is faithful.

A wife who is a believer will be profoundly impacted by a husband led by Christ. That's how marriage was designed to work. "Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her..." ~ Eph 5:25.

There is nothing more relieving to a wife than a husband who loves her well and leads as he himself follows Christ.

Husbands, let's be that brand of men. Let's be men who follow Christ relentlessly and win our wives' hearts consistently.
As husbands, we can only lead as far as we are being led; and only Christ can show us how to love truly.

Stay fierce, men.

Onward,
Ryan

Give yourself the best gift this Christmas and into the New Year i.e Sexual Purity!

When we yield to our flesh, there is always a snowball effect!

It's never small and the effects are always catastrophic!

This speaks to me about our faith in God - Do we trust Him implicitly; to know that He has our future in check and in His hands??

If we know with a heart full of faith that He has our future in His hands, we wouldn't want to take matters in our own, and defile ourselves! πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

Truth is loving, and love is truthful. The key is communicating in a way that compromises neither truth nor love.

An ill-disciplined man or woman (roving eyes, heart and constantly seeks validation) will never make a great partner -

🚨 Matthew 6:22-23

The Lamp of the Body πŸ‘€

22 β€œThe lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!" 🚨

This is why P*rnography and following scores of seductive men or women on social media platforms is dangerous, because the above scripture states, "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness."

You can serve in ministry (in any capacity and department), have your spiritual gifts in operation, be successful and wealthy ("Romans 11:29 - For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable / given and active without repentance"), heal, deliver, cast out demons, lead anointed music etc etc - HOWEVER, If the things that you consume with your eyes are darkness - your whole body will be full of darkness!

🚨 Sound advice - Never be alone with anyone of the opposite gender who is NOT your spouse.🚨

Men / Women of God and the various servants in different areas of ministry - Take heed to who you follow on social media and the content you consume - those sensual / seductive men and women will lead you to destruction!

Avoid flirtation and being overly friendly with people of the opposite gender.

Lust and the sins of the flesh are not to be taken lightly - You have to be like Joseph and flee from it, not entertain it and play with it!

God gives us grace to repent and move forward, but if we remain in unrepentant sin and choose not to turn from our wickedness, He will allow us to be exposed as is the case concerning the erring minister mentioned in this video!

Make wise choices!!!

Psalm 107:1-2

"1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy..."
