THE AUTHORITY OF A GATE KEEPER
The Gate keeper has the authority to decide who has access to get into the Yard. He has his own procedure to accept or deny entry of the visitor into the premises.
For many times we may have given access to ungodly tendencies or behaviour occupying our beings. We give access of entry to things that seem beautiful today but with regrettable results knowingly or unknowingly. The decision we make today matters tomorrow.
Jesus in the book of Revelations 3: 20 gives us a choice to decide opening for Him or not to. However, He promises good tidings to those who will open for Him. Dining with Jesus from the same table sounds diplomatic. Having a face to face conversation with God because we allowed Him to come unto us. It is at this High Table where we can pour out your hearts to Christ. Telling Him what bothers us. Jesus Christ the Prophet of all times will prophesy to us. It is on this table where I see God's promise from Jeremiah 29:11
My Fellow gate keeper, let this be revealed to you today: Light and darkness will never be in the same room. Once Christ (Light) comes unto us darkness must pack and go instantly. I remember in Genesis 1:3 God declared " Let there be light " and there was light.
Today choose to love God and hate evil.
Guard your heart. ( Proverb 4:23)
Be alert and of sober mind (1 Peter 5:8)
