THE LORD HAS NEED OF
Grain Silos x4
Silo Dimensions
Volume of a cylinder is:
V = \pi r^2 h
Where:
= 125.1 m³ (volume per silo)
= radius (meters)
= height (meters)
Example Silo Sizes
Practical diameter of 5 meters (radius = 2.5 m):
125.1 = \pi (2.5)^2 h
h = \frac{125.1}{\pi \times 6.25}
h \approx 6.35 \text{ meters} (about 6.4 m tall)
Each 5-meter-wide silo would need to be about 6.4 meters tall to store 90 tons of maize.
Alternative Sizes
You can adjust the radius:
4 m diameter (2 m radius) → Height ≈ 10 m
6 m diameter (3 m radius) → Height ≈ 4.4 m
Matthew 21:3: "If anyone says anything to you, say that the Lord needs them, and he will send them right away.”
