🙆🏻‍♀️ *That fear you feel when facing a new door 🚪?*

It's not a sign to turn back—it's your mind's natural reaction to the unknown 🫣. We often create monsters behind closed doors, but what if a little courage is all it takes to find a rainbow?

*Here's a simple tool to help you: The "What If" Reframe.*

1️⃣ *Step - 01:* Acknowledge the Fear. When you feel that knot in your stomach, ask yourself, "What's the worst thing that could happen if I open this door?" Be honest with yourself. It might be a small inconvenience or a significant challenge.

2️⃣ *Step - 02:* Reframe the "What If." Now, ask the opposite question: "What's the best thing that could happen?" Let yourself imagine the possibilities. What new skills could you learn? What joy could you discover?

3️⃣ *Step - 03:* Find the Middle Ground. Most of the time, the reality falls somewhere between these two extremes. But simply shifting your focus from "what if I fail" to "what if I succeed" can give you the push you need.
