✓ Anointing is the supernatural power of God at work in a man's life.
~ It is the anointing of God upon a person that distinguishes him/her from others.
~ It's the anointing of God that causes men to slay down lions and bears, spiritual and physical giants, as if they were mere domestic cats.
✓ The anointing of God comes upon an individual to break yokes
~ When God's anointing comes upon you, the yokes holding you back cannot but break out from your neck!
• Isaiah 10:27 NKJV It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
NB: The another name for the anointing is growing fat! There's no way you can grow fat and restrains around your neck.
~ Do you know, it is not mountains that grow small. No! It's men who grow and increase in the anointing.
✓ You need anointing for your mandate.
~ You cannot manifest what you were ordained for here in earth until the anointing of God comes upon you.
• Zechariah 4:6 NKJV So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.
NB: Anointing empowers you to bring solution in a certain area.
~ There are people who are anointed by God to melt principalities, there are men who receive anointing to bale people out of prison in their generation.
✓ The anointing of God comes to bring effectiveness in your assignment.
~ Anointing helps people to release the fullness of their potential.

✓ Anointing comes to introduce a son to the world.
~ Anointing is one of the necessary equipping God does to a person before launching them into ministry.
✓ The evidence that God is working inside you is Results.
~ The glory of your works is determined by the working of the Holy inside of You.
~ The Anointing of God upon an individual is manifested in the works.
✓ You need the anointing of God to break limitations.
~ It is the anointing that keeps you moving upward when others are being cast down.
~ It is the anointing of God that helps men scale the walls of life.
NB: Your ability to host God determines the anointing you can carry.
~ The More of God that is hosted in you, the more of God's anointing you will manifest.

✓ The Baptism of the Holy Spirit brings newness of the anointing upon God's people.
NB: There are things you can allow in your life and they automatically drain God's anointing upon you.
✓ God's anointing is not just for you. In most cases, it is for others.

~ God does not anoint you just to feel good.
NB: He anoints you that you may impact others.

~ Elijah wanted to die but God insisted he must transfer what was upon him to Elisha and Jehu.
~ Do you know, the more you use the anointing God has placed upon you, He adds more.
~ When you enter comfort zone and God's anointing is upon you, persecution comes in until you go where God wants you to be.
✓ Anointing stirs people out of their comfort zones.
✓ Anointing helps one to deal with spiritual obstacles that limit others from passing through.
NB: Anointing makes you a pathfinder!
✓ Anointing brings transformation.
~ You receive the Grace of God to become the best version of yourself.
~ We are not supposed to compete between one another but complete and complement one another.
~ If there's a somebody to compete with, compete with yourself. Be happy that yesterday you were struggling to speak the truth but today you speak the Truth. You were a drunkard yesterday but today you don't take any.
✓ Anointing helps you keep God's standards.
~ God is Holy. He gave instructions to Moses that the Levites who minister before Him should be well dressed for if He sees their nakedness He would kill them.
~ When you draw near to God, you receive the anointing for modesty.
✓ We need the anointing of God to be able to display His glory.
BENEFITS OF GOD'S ANOINTING UPON AN INDIVIDUAL
1. The anointing locates the missing link and the missing blessing in your life.
~ The anointing of God located your potential, your calling, your gift.

~ Saul could have died as just a donkey man. But when He met God's anointing, he was located as the King of Israel.
2. The anointing attracts resources.
~ One of the great resources God gives you in your assignment is people. These people can come as destiny helpers, customers, burden bearers...
3. The anointing comes to equip and trigger you for action.
~ God's anointing triggers your spirit to start something.
4. The anointing of God helps one to advance and take possessions.
~ When it comes upon an individual, you receive the ability to fight for your possession, to dispossess your enemies from your possessions.
5. The anointing of God brings promotion.

~ It is the anointing that brought David from a mere shepherd to the palace.
6. Anointing brings divine positioning.

7. Anointing of God makes one operate in favour.
