"Hello Norton! We are the Shaws - Jill and Andrew; and the Storrs - Leanne and Matt; and we are delighted to introduce ourselves as the new owners of The Red Lion.
"Our opening weekend was a fantastic success, and it was great to see so many of you enjoying yourselves - dancing along with our live singer, taking part in karaoke, and making the most of the sunshine in the beer garden.
"We also discovered that some people didn’t realise the pub had reopened under new management, so we wanted to let everyone know that exciting changes are happening at The Red Lion.
"We’ve worked hard to create a more welcoming atmosphere, significantly reduced drink prices, relaxed the strict dress code, and lined up great live acts and karaoke every weekend for the foreseeable future.
"If you haven’t visited us yet, please come in and say hello — we’re looking forward to meeting you all and becoming part of the Norton community."
