SPARE NOT

This is a word the LORD gave me to challenge believers in giving. It is a word I have never heard before in connection to giving and receiving.

Isaiah 54:2-3

Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;
For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.

These verses from Isaiah speak of enlargement and breakthrough. They are filled with revelation of the purpose of God for his people. God desires for you to break forth on the right hand and on the left.

This is especially true in the area of your finances. Giving of course is a key. Many books have been written on the subject. The words “spare not” came alive to me as I read Isaiah chapter 54.

God tells us to SPARE NOT, if we desire to BREAKTHROUGH. Don’t hold back. Don’t measure small. Don’t think small. Do not cut corners. Take giving to another level. There are significant financial breakthroughs coming for those who will SPARE NOT.

The word SPARINGLY is used in reference to giving.

2 Corinthians 9:6
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

If you desire to reap bountifully, you cannot sow sparingly. In other words SPARE NOT. Do not hold back in GIVING.

God gave us His on. He did not SPARE. He will also freely give us all things.

Romans 8:32
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Notice that SPARING NOT is connected to GIVING. If God did not spare, we should not spare.

Do not spare when it come to giving to the house of God. Do not spare when it come to giving to ministries that bless you. Sow abundantly. Give extravagantly. You will experience significant breakthroughs in your finances. There are financial miracles that will be released on your behalf.

David did not SPARE in giving to the house of the LORD. Solomon did not SPARE in giving sacrifices at the dedication. Israel did not SPARE when giving to the tabernacle in the wilderness. If you sow abundantly, you will reap abundantly.

Don’t allow fear to cause you to spare. Don’t allow unbelief to cause you to spare. It is important for you to give without sparing. This is a key to your breakthrough and prosperity.

Spare not in your giving,
Do not hold back,
It the key to breakthrough,
It is the key to blessing.
God spared not His Son,
He gave him to us freely,
He will give us all things,
And that more abundantly.
He that sows sparingly,
Shall reap sparingly,
He that sows abundantly,
Shall reap abundantly.
Spare not in your giving,
Lengthen thy cords,
Strengthen thy stakes,
Break out of the place of limitation.
Do not spare because of fear,
Do not spare because of unbelief,
Do not spare in your giving,
It is the season of breakthrough.

People who die, young or old, don't become angels. Not everyone who dies goes to Heaven. Jesus said there would be few in Matthew 7:14. Dad may pray for you, but Dad can't put you in heaven. You may join a church, but membership can't get you into heaven. Being baptized won't get you into heaven. A minister may speak at your funeral, but a minister can't preach you into heaven. Doing a lot of good things is great but won't gain access. There's only one way for your journey on earth to end well. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."John 14:6 Repent of your sin, believe on Jesus, follow HIM and leave this world clinging to HIM in faith, knowing HE has you in HIS hands. His grace is sufficient. Trust Him!

Grace is when God gives us good things that we don't deserve. Mercy is when God spares us from the bad things we deserve. Blessings are when God is generous with both. Truly, we can never run out of reasons to thank God. God is good all the time. Amen.
