The Feast of Corpus Christi
It is the "Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ," celebrating the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
The USCCB message During June 2026, the bishops are emphasizing the continued fruits of the National Eucharistic Revival and encouraging parishioners to participate in local processions.
The FCCB message:
Today is the Feast of Corpus Christi - the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. We celebrate and honor the Real Presence of Jesus Christ - Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity - in the Eucharist. O God, who in this wonderful Sacrament have left us a memorial of your Passion, grant us, we pray, so to revere the sacred mysteries of your Body and Blood that we may always experience in ourselves the fruits of your redemption. Who live and reign with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
