There is nowhere you can go where God is not present. He surrounds you—before you, behind you, beside you, and within you through His Spirit. When life feels uncertain, His protection covers you. When loneliness creeps in, His presence fills the void. When discouragement threatens to overwhelm you, His unfailing love reminds you that you are never forgotten.

Look around today and see His fingerprints everywhere—in the sunrise declaring His faithfulness, in the stars revealing His majesty, in the changing seasons bringing new hope and new beginnings. Psalm 139 assures us that He knows our every thought, struggle, and dream. He sees every tear and hears every prayer.

Take heart today. The God who spoke the universe into existence walks with you through every valley and mountaintop. His power is limitless, His love unfailing, and His mercy new every morning. You are surrounded by an awesome God who will never leave you nor forsake you.

"Lord, You have been our dwelling place throughout all generations." — Psalm 90:1

Worldwide Prodigal Prayer Day is Tuesday June 2nd.

A day set aside that people around the world are praying

for loved ones and friends.

Yes, we pray for those that we love on a regular basis,

however, I find it so comforting to know that hearts and prayers

are being lifted on high. Imagine, the amount of voices with

prayers being raised to our Heavenly Father on behalf of our

loved ones. The enemy doesn't have a chance, and will not succeed

in the end. God is on HIS throne, and is mighty to save!

Cling to the promises of God. Pray, read out loud and

claim scripture.

Know that as you pray for your loved one, we also are

praying to see mighty things happen.

Do not be afraid, For I am with you; I will bring your children

from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north,

"Give them up!" and to the south, "Do not hold them back."

Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the

earth - Isaiah 43:6

Is anything too hard for the LORD? Genesis 18:14

Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep

all my commands always, so that it might go well with them and

their children forever! Deuteronomy 5:29

GOD IS WITH US IN OUR SORROW

Sorrow can cause us to doubt God's plan. The psalmist cried,

"Has his unfailing love vanished forever? Has his promise failed

for all time. Has God forgotten to be merciful? Has he in anger

withheld his compassion?" (Psalm 77:8-9). Though we may face

troubles and difficulties, sadness and pain, God is still in control,

and he is always with us.

When I said, "My foot is slipping," your love,

O LORD, supported me. When anxiety was great

within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.

Psalm 94: 18-19

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath

are the everlasting arms.

Deuteronomy 33:27

We must remember to listen closely to God's voice

when trouble rages around us. When the agonies of life begin

to crush us, God has not moved away from us. Often we have

moved away from him. We need to return to him in faith and call

on him for his strength.

I have put my trust in you. Show me the

way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

Psalm 143: 8

I sought the LORD, and he answered me;

he delivered me from all my fears.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by

prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to

God. Nd the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will

guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6-7

"Do not be anxious about anything." That is a huge

statement for me. How do we avoid and drown out those things

that buzz around in our heads? Those things, both big and small,

that cause us to worry.

Philippians 4:6-7 is a great reminder. Many times in the

Bible, we read about the instruction not to worry. Here we are told

to pray about everything, asking God to hear us. The next

instruction can be difficult to implement when life is so difficult.

However, I have found that finding things to be thankful for in spite

of the circumstances, does help. Focusing on the "haves" instead

of the "have nots".

It is amazing the peace that is available when we

implement these. A peace that cannot be explained other than it

comes from God.

A Mother's Heart

Mother's Day... a day I have often dread.

As a child, when I was asked what I wanted to be, I always

wanted to be a mom. Married in my late 20's, I longed to start a

family. Well, I continued to anticipate the day when a little one

would be added to our family. A long and bumpy road, and 7 years

later, we were blessed. 2 years later my Mom went home to be

with the LORD.

So, I have dreaded Mother's Day for many years. I was heart-

broken because my arms were empty, then my heart hurt for the

loss of my Mother. The last 7 years now because of relationship

loss.

This year, I have made a change. I have decided(finally), to

let go of my sadness over loss. I have chosen to have gratitude

for the opportunity the LORD has allowed me to be Mom to our

children. I choose to remember the good/great memories instead

of the loss.

I pray that all of you Moms that are hurting will try to

remember the happy times. Remember the gift that you have been

given to be "Mom" to those little ones placed in your arms.

Long time coming, but I am finally choosing to think about

the positive. Realizing that my joy does come from the LORD.

God has been absolutely amazing—standing with me, holding me, and guiding me through the years. As I’ve grown older, I’ve gained a deeper perspective, allowing me to look back and clearly see His faithfulness in every season.

This week is another opportunity I’m truly honored to be part of—joining Focus on the Family’s ReFOCUS with Jim Daly podcast.

I’m grateful for the chance to share and be part of a conversation centered on grace and truth. My hope is that each listener is encouraged and ministered to through His love, grace, and truth.

CRY OUT, SURRENDER, TRUST, CHOOSE JOY
Habzkkuk1-3

"... Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamity to come on

the nation invading us. Though the fig tree does not bud and

there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails

and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in

the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the

LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD

is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he

enables me to tread on the heights".

Habakkuk 3:16-19

What a wonderful, jammed packed book of the Old

Testament. Habakkuk cries out to the LORD, walks in faith, gave

God his everything, laid down his prayers, and saw that God works

things out for His glory.

Grateful to see this book like never before. To be able to

apply all of these verses to our stories is a blessing.
