St. John's Episcopal Church, VI

St. John's Episcopal Church, VI St. John's Episcopal Church is located in Christiansted, St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands. It was established in 1760. Croix mahogany.

The church's interior with elaborate rafters are made of pitch-pine. The altar, pulpit, and pews are made highly polished St. As you stroll through the church, memorial stones can be found embedded in the floor and walls. John's Church with its Gothic Revival spires has survived a number of sever hurricanes in the years 1899, 1916, 1928, and 1989. Today the Church looks basically the same as when it was completed in 1868 after it was totally destroyed by a fire.

Just a little reminder for you. Tomorrow, Friday, November 21st, beginning at 5:00pm, we're having a Fish Fry in the Church Yard. Now don't be selFISH (LOL see what I did there); share this information with everyone!!! So after work, as you head home for the weekend COME BY and get your Fish; or get your Chicken, better yet, get both of them and make that final decision in the comforts of your home of which one goes first. 😆
