What a SUNDAY! đĽ
Next Gen Sunday was such a beautiful reminder of what Jesus does with our stories.
PB shared about testimonies and how, because we have Jesus, He doesnât leave us where He found us. He seeks us out. He meets us right where we are, right in the middle of our mess, our questions, our past, and our pain.
Just look at the Samaritan woman. Jesus met her at the well, knew everything about her, and still chose to have a conversation with her. He saw her fully and loved her completely. And after meeting Jesus, she didnât walk away the same.
PB also reminded us of King Davidâs words: âTaste and see that the Lord is good.â When we encounter God for ourselves, His goodness becomes more than something weâve heard about. It becomes something weâve experienced.
And like Moses at the burning bush, God meets us in unexpected places and calls us into something greater. Moses encountered God, and that encounter changed the direction of his life.
Thatâs what Jesus does. He meets us where we are, but He loves us too much to leave us there.
Our stories matter. Our testimonies matter. And there is power in sharing what Jesus has done in our lives.
Weâre so thankful for the next generation and for every student who stood up, served, worshiped, and shared their story this Sunday. We believe God is just getting started! đĽ
