Good morning. Join us today in prayer and fasting. We are asking God for the wisdom and strength to rise up out of some situations, to close some doors and for God's light to shine through us. Also, we are seeking God to deliver us from all malice, bitterness, anger, clamor and evil speaking. See Isaiah 60:1-3 and Ephesians 4:31-32.

Good morning and welcome to the Sunday morning church service at Humble Beginnings Church at 8:00 a.m. We are so glad to see you. Today was part five of "The Matters of the Heart Series." The message today was on "Malice," which is the intention or desire to cause harm, pain, or suffering to someone else. God wants us to guard our hearts against malice so that it will not come from us and so that we will know how to handle malice when it is directed at us. No believer of Jesus Christ should have any malice in their heart towards anybody. Period. We pray this message blesses you as it has blessed us in Jesus' name. Amen.

In part four of the series, "The Matters of the Heart," God is addressing those things that cause grief in our lives. Grief not only comes with death, but grief can also come as a result of sin and disappointments in our lives and in the lives of those around us. We must guard our hearts even in the midst of grief. In Matthew 5:4, God reminds us: “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” Remember the Israelites grieved over the death of Moses, Samuel grieved over the sins of Saul and Elijah grieved over what Jezebel was trying to do to him. Happy blessed Tuesday y'all. We are fasting and praying to the Almighty God. Let's humble ourselves before our Father and ask Him to free us from every yoke of bo***ge, to give us a new heart of God-honoring love for others and for God's righteousness to break forth in our lives. Today's message was part four on "Grief." In this life, there are many roots and causes of grief, including death, loss of a job, loss of relationships, disappointments, transitions, life changes and the like. We must trust God in all things, including grief, intense sadness, tearfulness, anger, frustration, shock, guilt, etc. We pray this message of hope in handling grief will bless you as it has blessed us in Jesus' name. When we find ourselves murmuring and complaining about what God has chosen to provide for us or jealous of what He has provided for others, discontentment is present in our hearts. Thank you Jesus for another day. We have an opportunity to fast and pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Join us today in fasting and praying. Let's ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the areas where sinful discontentment rests in our hearts. Once God reveals, let's aggressively target those areas in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus. Discontentment can show up in our hearts regarding our looks, marriage, family, relationships, possessions, accomplishments, goals, jobs, food, church, finances and everywhere else, if we don't guard against it.

In "The Matters of the Heart Series," God is addressing issues found in the spiritual hearts of humanity. See Proverbs 4:20-23. Part two addressed "Brokenness," which is an internal, external or spiritual condition, which can damage and hurt us badly and can impede our abilities to continue to function, grow, live and work as God intended. We can bring all forms of brokenness to the Lord God Almighty. He is near to those who are brokenhearted and have a contrite spirit. Nothing is too hard for our God. Remember King David.
