Come join me at church today as we continue our series 'Battle Ready'!

Last week Pastor Stu taught us four great points to help us get battle ready, but I want to highlight the third point!

We learned that we must 'Connect The Shields. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." God's desire for your life is to place you in a spiritual family and to surround yourself with other believers.

That's why I want to see you at church today! I'll save you a seat!

Who's leading in your life? Is God in front or are you?

Pastor Stu taught us that in order to be protected from the enemy's schemes we must take up the Shield Of Faith. The shield (Jesus!) is meant to lead the way in our lives!

Hebrews 11:1 says, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

Faith is NOT a feeling. Faith is confidence and assurance in Christ even when we can't see the outcome. When we put Jesus first and allow Him to lead, we don't have to face life's battles alone. The Shield of Faith reminds us that God's promises are greater than our fears, and His power is stronger than any attack of the enemy. Keep your eyes on Christ, stand firm in faith, and move forward with confidence knowing He goes before you!

There’s something special about baptism Sundays.

Not just because lives are being changed—but because we get to celebrate together.

Every smile, every hug, every cheer from the crowd is a reminder that nobody walks this journey alone. We’re a church family that celebrates what God is doing in people’s lives.

To all 54 people who took the next step in baptism this weekend: we’re celebrating with you!!

Sunday feels like home because home is where people know your name, cheer you on, and walk beside you.
