The prophet Isaiah reminds us that even the strongest among us have their limits.

Where does your strength come from?

Not wishful thinking or fantastical thoughts — those who wait on (whose hope is bound together with) THE LORD will find strength.

Isaiah 40:28-31 - Actively waiting

Pastor Jas reminds us that there's no "half-right" Christianity; see this snippet from Sunday's message on discipleship - and follow Jesus (only!)

Jesus said, “Very truly, I tell you, anyone who does not enter the sheepfold by the gate but climbs in by another way is a thief and a bandit. The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep hear his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice. They will not follow a stranger, but they will run from him because they do not know the voice of strangers.”

“When Jesus rode into Jerusalem that day, the city was moved. People lined the streets, spreading their cloaks on the ground, waving palm branches, shouting praises. Yet there were still locals who had no idea who He was.

Nobody had told them.”

The streets of Jerusalem had witnessed countless processions, but none quite like this. A humble figure riding on a donkey's c**t, surrounded by crowds waving palm branches and shouting "Hosanna!" Yet amid all the celebr...

The crowds asked, "Who is this?" as Jesus rode into Jerusalem. Today, that same question echoes through our world. People are searching, lost, and desperate for a Savior—just like the Jews were centuries ago.

Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life" (John 6:35). He didn't come to validate our traditions or ancestry. He came offering something greater than the manna our forefathers ate—He offers Himself. But here's the challenge: many want to believe IN Jesus without actually believing JESUS. They follow the crowd but refuse the hard teachings. They want a king on their terms, not the King who is.

This Holy Week, we're called to more than proximity to Christ. We must eat His flesh, drink His blood, and participate in His resurrection. That means surrendering our traditions, our pain, and our own version of truth to accept THE truth. The world is still asking, "Who is this?" Will you tell them? Will you share the King's bread with those who are starving?
