Happy Saturday! We're hanging out with all our friends at the Round Barn Trading Company Summer Artisan Market from 9-5pm. We have fresh batches of Sichuan Supreme, Smoked & Stoned mustard and Smokey All Purpose seasoning. The whole range is here as well CT's Revival Bar-B-Que Hennum's Homemade and We hope to see ya!!

Sorry for the late post but we will not be at the Neighborhood Farmers Market in Isanti today as we will be working on making and restocking products in preparation for tomorrow. Tomorrow we will be at the Round Barn Trading Company Summer Artisan Market from 9-5pm in Andover. We hope to see you there!!

Well the response for Sichuan Supreme has been like no other sauce ive made and I want to thank everyone that has tried it and bought a bottle or 3! I've never had a sauce sell out quite as fast as this one so we will be working hard on another batch this weekend so we will have it in time for the Round Barn Trading Company Artisan Market next Saturday. Thank you again! 🙏🙏

We have a new sauce for you and this one might become a staple offering! Sichuan Supreme is made with fresh thai chillies, garlic, ginger and green onion that are blended and cooked down. We then add a gluten free soy sauce, dark brown sugar, distilled cane vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, molasses, smoked white pepper and the key ingredient... Sichuan peppercorn! The Sichuan pepper gives you a tingling numb feeling on top of the spiciness of the thai chilli. The lemon juice, and brown sugar balance everything out. This sauce is amazing with Asian cuisine like potstickers, gyoza, eggrolls, rice and stir fry but could be used on a multitude of dishes. We tested this sauce at work this week and it was a hit! We ended up selling a quarter of the bottles that we made for this first batch!!

We will have this sauce available tomorrow at The Neighborhood Market in Isanti from 1-6pm. You're not gonna wanna miss it!!
