It is possible to know a lot about Jesus and still neglect the relationship He died to give us.

The Pharisees knew Scripture.
They knew the laws.
They knew the prophecies.

Yet many failed to recognize the very Messiah standing in front of them.

The goal has never been to simply fill our heads with information.

The goal is to walk with Him, trust Him, love Him, and be transformed by Him.🤎✝️

Five years from now, I don’t just want to know more about Jesus…I want to look more like Him.

Less pride.
Less self.

More grace.
More love.

More Christ.🙏🤎✝️

Gratitude changes the way we walk through hard seasons. God has already done so much and His goodness is still unfolding every day. 💙

Sometimes we pray:

“Lord, where are You?”

Meanwhile our Bible is closed, our prayer life is neglected, and our attention is everywhere else.👀

The beautiful thing is that God isn’t playing hide-and-seek.

He’s waiting. And every step toward Him is met with grace. 🙏✝️🤎

One of the easiest traps for Christians to fall into is sounding more like the Pharisees…than Jesus.🙏✝️

The Pharisees were experts at identifying everyone else’s sin while remaining blind to their own.

Jesus never minimized sin, but He also never forgot that every person He encountered needed mercy.

👉The woman caught in adultery needed grace.
👉The religious leaders needed grace.
👉And so do we. 🤎

May we never become so focused on pointing out the failures of others that we forget how desperately we need the mercy of God ourselves.

Truth matters.
Holiness matters.
But humility matters too.

Every one of us stands at the foot of the same cross.🤎✝️
